A1 NW Vacuum & Janitor Supplies

I took my Dyson there. They were friendly, knowledgeable and it didn't take any time to fixes my broken Dyson. With a very fair price. This is definitely the place if you need to fix your vacuum cleaner.

Excellent experience with this company!! They truly went above and beyond to get us what we needed. After multiple headaches with Brady Plus, we decided to try someone else for our janitorial needs. I'm so glad we found A1. We walked out of their store that day with exactly what we needed- no headaches, and they even threw in some free bags and belts with our purchase. They. showed us how to change the belts too which was very helpful. These guys are friendly, efficient, and affordable! I cannot recommend them enough.

I had an excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I wasn’t quite sure what type of vacuum I needed, but they took the time to ask about my home, flooring, and specific cleaning needs. The features were explained in detail, and I never felt pressured to buy something I didn’t need. I ended up with a high-quality vacuum that works like a dream. Hands down the most incredible vacuum I’ve ever owned.

The staff were helpful and guided me towards the machine I needed. They took the time to explain all the different aspects of my machine. Very knowledgeable with great service!! Thank you!!

I tell you, this place is awesome. Had my commercial Bissell carpet cleaner repaired. They gave it a full workspace. Price was very reasonable. Thank you Armand!!

I’ve only been into A1 once, and it’s because the owner of my gym across the street needed a replacement part to his vacuum. They were pretty busy when I walked so I had to wait, but they seemed really helpful with their other customers and looks like they have a lot of options for different vacuums. When it was my turn he knew exactly what I needed and got me taken care of. Great service!

These guys are friendly, efficient, and customer friendly. Brought in my Hoover carpet shampooer that had a broken part. They had the part on and finished in minutes. They have a good selection of cleaning products that you won’t find in regular stores. Great business to support!
