Oklahoma Heat, Air, and Refrigeration

These guys were professional from the beginning to the very end. I had four quotes and they offered the absolute best value and I even qualified for a $1350 OGE rebate. The two young installers were so polite and when they ran into a small issue at the very end, they stayed late on the evening before Thanksgiving to make sure the install was complete. Highly Recommended.

Charles was the technician for my service today. He is always prompt and very knowledgeable regarding my hvac system. He always answers my questions and does a thorough job! I am very pleased with this company and his work.

The technicians were on time, called when close. Introduced themselves had uniforms and well marked van. They were very respectful and knowledgeable. Got to work immediately. Didn’t wonder thru house but asked permission. They explained everything. Told me I do not pay them, but someone from will company to collect. I will use them again

I had a less than one year old A/C unit blow up on me in late june. It took untill almost August to get it fixed. Now the heater will not turn on. Brand new a little over a year old and not even into its second season ( mind you this happened last year also ). Technicians are great though. Came out on the 4th of July to work on A/C no problem there. Whoever is making the calls there is not very good at what they do. Its a less than 3 year old install, come on, stand behind your work and dont hide behind " warranty periods"

These guys have taken care of me for years, always making sure my systems are running well and tenants are happy. Will continue to work with them. Great customer service staff as well.

Charles from Oklahoma Heat, Air, and Refrigeration was friendly, courteous and very experienced. We are pleased with the service contract for this company. Thank you so much for your expertise.

Tech came out and did a great job diagnosing the issues we had with a few units, and quickly repaired them. He also took the time to look at the remaining units while he was onsite. The minor issues were covered under warranty!
