uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

**Outstanding Service! Fast, Professional, and Thorough.** They were absolutely amazing! The technician was incredibly punctual and courteous throughout the entire process. They were completely on time and, most importantly, they took the extra time to make sure everything was good to go and set up perfectly before they left. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and attention to detail!

I can’t express the kindness and great service that I received today from Carlos. 10/10 recommend you come in. My screen was damaged internally and he fixed it in minutes! In and out. While I waited, I got to witness the other young man providing excellent customer service to other clients. Thank you Carlos for taking AMAZING care of me today!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought in my phone on Monday to get the screen repaired, and the team at uBreakiFix did an amazing job! The staff who helped me during both drop-off and pick-up were friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. They originally told me the repair would take 2–3 hours, but to my surprise, my phone was ready even sooner than that. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Shout out to the whole team—you guys are awesome! - @therealtorjosue

Great experience!! I cracked my phone screen and was able to get an appointment right away. They came to my office while I was working, which is so convenient! It took maybe 20 min before he brought my phone back with a beautiful new screen! Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at the uBreakiFix store in Oxnard today! The store was incredibly clean, and Carlos, the store manager, was super helpful throughout my visit. It was also great to see how he supports local businesses with an SMB wall in the store—such a great way to showcase the community. Plus, they offer a wide variety of accessories for both iPhones and Android devices. I highly recommend this store for any future repairs!

Amazing service! Super fast and friendly — they replaced my iPhone with no hassle. Got both the front screen and the back glass done, and it looks brand new. That’s how you do it! Great job Carlos ! Appreciate the service Man !

I had such a great experience here! My phone was fixed quickly and works perfectly now. Carlos was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I'll definitely be coming back here for any future repairs and highly recommend them to anyone.
