We had the pleasure of working with Aaron yesterday. Our refrigerator was in need of repairs. Aaron was exceptional .. very hard worker, friendly yet professional, extremely patient with my husband who asked him a lot of repetitive questions, and knowledgeable. I usually place reviews on another platform but I am putting one here as well because the service is ALWAYS that good. Dishwasher had a bunch of water on the bottom after I ran a load! I had no idea what was wrong. But I live on a second floor and I’m always afraid I’m going to damage the place downstairs. We called on Wednesday and they came out today, Friday. They came within their scheduled time and sent a text to track their time within 20 min. My technician also called to let me know he was 10 minutes away. Our technician’s name was Aaron and, of course, it is a problem he sees all the time. Aaron is friendly and professional. He quickly fixes the problem and he took the time to explain what happened and showed me how to keep it from happening again in the future. I am relieved it is fixed and I have learned what to do to keep this from happening again. Great service is something most businesses say they want to provide but many do not provide it on a consistent basis. We have had to call on Frosts Repair services a few times throughout the years and I am grateful for their consistent excellent and trustworthy service. It is bad enough when a machine breaks down as they are expensive, but in the days of "here one month gone the next" or places with great web pages and not so great services, one can get quite anxious trying to find that one reliable, knowledgeable, honest, company who consistently provides excellent service.
