Redeemed HVAC - HVAC Services Springfield

The team was at my home 30 minutes early, had two wonderful men that came in and changed the water heater. It is a specialty water heater (so it was a little more time consuming), they done exactly what we were told they would do and a the exact price they said it would cost!! It has been the best by far the best home service we have had in the Ozarks!! Thank you Jeremiah and Justin for everything you done!! God bless you both!!

Friendly upon arrival. Took time to greet the pets when they presented themselves. Explained what he was going to be doing. Explained what he was doing as he was doing it. Showed me items that may be a problem in the future. He seemed to enjoy what he was doing. Cleaned up after himself and suggested items that would be helpful in maintaining my equipment and the quality of my environment. Very personable.

Christopher Mitchell arrived when promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to his truck and found the parts needed and fixed the air conditioning. We asked what other services he provided. As a favor, he checked our low pressure from our front water spicket. He went into the crawl space and found leaking under our house from a toilet. We are so thankful for his careful inspection and will definitely use him when we get ready to replace the flange and the toilet! Thanks for your kindness and concern!

Redeemed is amazing! I have had Luke and Chris out to my house to repair my HVAC and plumbing issues. They communicate about what the problem is and how to fix it. They are very honest and I know I am in good hands with them.

Christopher is awesome! He's very knowledgeable on all things AC and explains things to where you can understand what need to be done. Thankful for Redeemed for getting our system back up to par, will definitely use them for any future repair and upkeep!

This was our third attempt to find a reputable plumber. BINGO. Best service I’ve ever received. We were without hot water for a month. These guys rounded up a heater and had it installed lickity split. Super nice. Very efficient. Love this company. Justin was also a certified HVAC technician and knew it all. He helped me with a small problem.

Technicians were professional. Excellent work. They cleaned up after. Kept me informed with every step of the way. The office was fantastic as well. The answer the calls return calls and kept me informed on the date time and when the tech is on the way. You can't ask for a better company in my opinion.
