Foster Plumbing & Heating

I was happy to use Fosters from a recommendation. They came out and did the work. There were some hiccups like since we had an outside pipe collapse which was repaired but the yard was left a mess. After replacing the pipe, they did not quality check their work since the next time we flushed the toilet inside, it backed up immediately. Come to find out there was a secondary pipe that collapsed under my slab. When repairing this pipe, they had to go from teh flange of the toilet and ended up linking it to the first pipe that was replaced. After all the contruction work was done by Fosters, floor and drywall replaced, we went to have the replacement toilet installed. ****THE FLANGE THEY INSTALLED IS ONLY A 10" ROUGH IN**** I'm not a professional so we did not know to ask any questions, but why in the world would you put in the flange at 10"? I wasn't given an option for the standard 12" of today. As you can see in the picture, EVERYTHING was ripped out. So now we have minimal options of a toilet. After multiple toilets, this is the smallest we can find and it is ON THE WALL. There is no gap behind the toilet, the lid is already rubbing paint off the wall. We are absolutely frustrated and disgusted at this major oversight. We are contacting Fosters today and will see what the resolution is. This post will be updated afterwards with what they told us. Edit 1: 11/11/25 I called over 24 hours ago and still no response. I spoke with Amanda, the receptionist, who said the guy I need to talk to is in a meeting. This is a pretty long meeting! I wonder if they will even stand behind their work.

Have an annual service plan and always call to remind you of the appointment a few days before it occurs. Professional Service Tech who cover their shoes and clean up after themselves. Have recommended this business to several neighbors! Great small business to support.

Foster plumbing services was fast and efficient. I was able to easily schedule an appointment, and they called me 30 minutes to an hour prior to heading my way. When they arrived, they were able to resolve my shower issue the same day. I would highly recommend using their services.

The young man came to my condo to check to heat for the winter. He said everything is fine, no problems. He was very nice and through with my heating system. Foster is the best. I went to another company for a short time and no comparison. Foster is the best. Never do that again. Thank you.

We just hired Foster Plumbing and Heating for an array of work on our home. Their plumber mixed glue without any floor protection and scattered it over my brand new carpet. I have sent a couple emails with the attached pictures to Foster and they have decided to ignore us and the issue. We are brand new to the area and was hopeful this company would be honest and respectful with us. But instead our concerns completely ignored.

I left a message after hours last night. Foster returned my call first thing this morning and had a technician here within 1 hour. Technician was AWESOME, explained everything he was doing and fixed my issue immediately. I would highly recommend Foster. I

Fosters techs are always very informative and educated on their service approach. They work hard to provide great customer service. It a pleasure having them service my systems.
