My 55+ community was having multiple sewer issues caused by tree roots and the HOA board negotiated a discounted price with Nuckols Plumbing to do an assessment. The company reps came timely. They were knowledgeable and professional. They wasted no time doing their job and soon discovered the problem in my sewer line. They reported their findings to me and the board and identified who was responsible for fixing the problem. I would definitely recommend them.

Was able to accommodate my emergency tout suite! Plumber sent text message to alert me he was on his way (much appreciated!). Plumber was courteous and an expert. He knew his trade, fixed my problem, and advised on some needed upgrades, which I have agreed to have Nuckols perform. Nuckols returned two days later to do the upgrades. Excellent work! Plumbers Steve F and Grant M were thorough and did all of the negotiated upgrades exactly as were discussed. When the work was completed, they walked through everything with me, explained everything they did and made sure all was to my specifications. Price was fair, payment easy and quickly acknowledged (again, much appreciated). For future needs, I will definitely call Nuckols! You should, too! The above was my first service call. This my second one. Nuckols replaced two outside faucets, fixing the leaks, and reinforcing the mountings. Excellent work plus sound advice for care in upcoming winter season. We had a great experience when our HVAC went out. They explained our options professionally and were able to do a next day install! Financing options were great as this was an unexpected expense for us. The crew came out the next day and did a great job. I could tell that they cared about getting this job done right and took time of quality over quantity of just trying to get it done fast. It was a rainy and muddy day the crew was very courteous and diligent to not make a mess. Very respectful operation from sales to the install. Thanks for helping us in our time of need. Also the sales was able to help guide us with an old home warranty that we were able to get $637 out of to help offset this major expense. Great business!

I had a great experience with Nucklos Plumbing and installing our tank less water heater last week. Installation was done in a day and the system works great. Stephen was the installer along with an apprentice. I chose Nuckols because of their reputation and experience putting him Navien systems. Their estimate and pricing was clear to understand.

I had technicians out for a leaking pipe, and previously I’ve had them out for venting in my bathroom plumbing and removal of radiators. Each time the techs are kind, professional and timely. They communicate their repairs and make sure you have the info you need for maintenance. My techs today even asked about associated issues and gave great advice. Highly recommend!

We found Nuckolls by chance when we needed a quick repair that other firms refused to consider. They came the next day and did a great job. Since then, we have had them do everything from minor repairs to a major installation. In each instance, the work has been excellent, the techs are extremely polite, and the work is done as promised at a fair price. I could not recommend them more highly.

I called Nuckols for a major cast iron sewage leak. The person answering my call promptly put me on the schedule. Plumbing technician Hunter and assistant Chad arrived on schedule and evaluated the situation. After my contractor removed baseboards, they returned a few days later and worked efficiently to replace the 7’ x 3" pipe (see photo). They protected the flooring and were careful not to bump any furnishings. They wore shoe covers at all times indoors. They were quiet, polite and professional. The price was OK. Nobody wants to have a sewage pipe problem, but I was in good hands with Nuckols and Hunter.
