I constantly forget that Richmond has some wonderful stores like Trible’s, Smith Turf Irrigation, etc. where you can get hard to find or items not available in regular big box hardware stores. On this latest DIY project to replace my refrigerator motherboard, I ordered on Amazon, received the product four days later and got a used board instead of the new one I ordered. I have bought parts from Trible’s in the past, but unsure why it didn’t pop in my head to call them prior to going through the Amazon drama?? I called, they checked, had one in Baltimore, ordered and got it shipped to the store the next day for a price cheaper than Amazon! I know my first stop the next time I need an appliance part. For the person who wrote a review mentioning the lack of employee enthusiasm, give them a break. Not the sexiest, exciting job out there and their antiquated software makes everything a little more complex and tedious. I appreciate y’all!

They had the obscure parts I needed to fix my dishwasher when no other store in town did. I put the order in Friday night and received the call that it was ready for pickup within an hour of them opening on Saturday. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful!

Went by there today to pick up a microwave door replacement, which by far was the most pleasurable experience I would imagine at a parts store. I did not catch the gentleman name, however he showed me my purchase before paying for it and double checked my model number to verify we had made the correct selection. Thank you all so much for your kindness, honesty and speedy service. If you’re in the market for looking for parts at a discounted price, you should definitely give them a try.

They got me the parts to fix my grandmother's stove from the 70s. They were helpful. The price was somewhat high but the parts are good quality and staff is knowledgeable. In the future I would use this business again.

The associates working the parts desk are unpleasant and seem perturbed when they are required to do their jobs. Horrible attitudes. I cancelled a $750 order due to their lack of enthusiasm.

My GE dryer 2 yrs old will not heat dry the clothing on one cycle. My daughter and I disassembled, troubled shot and cleaned the unit.. i could not find the parts needed in my area so i end up trying by my job in Upper Malboro. THE PARTS dept got me in touch with the RICHMOND VA store and service from start to transfer to mail and ship was excellent. Will referrer and order again if need be , thank you.

Repair parts I was looking for were on-hand and at a good price. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Will be my first stop next time I need parts for my home appliances.
