Willett Vacuum

Peter was friendly, informative, and professional! He lead me to the best machine based on my family's needs and was even willing to customize the assortment of attachments that I could get with it for a great price. If excellent customer service and value for your money is important to you, give them a go!

I bought a Riccar pristine vac years ago, the product information I received from Peter was spot on. The vacuum is fantastic. I have been back to the store for bags and accessories, and was assisted by Ben who is so helpful. This store exemplifies how a family business should treat its customers. When my Riccar finally dies, I will be back, support your local merchants!

Both of the folks I talked to were incredibly friendly and helpful, and because I thought I knew what was wrong gave me a quick heads up about the general cost of the repair to my Miele vacuum. It ended up being just as they said and the work was performed quickly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of a repair or a new vacuum.

Hi highly recommend this establishment! I brought in two Riccar vacuums that I thought were a lost cause, but the two gentlemen running the shop fixed both within 5 minutes and charged a very fair price. P.S. Ladies, chivalry is not dead. They carried the vacuum cleaners to my car! Love this place!

I searched for local vacuum repair shops. Willett popped up and i decided to give them a call knowing I had Shark vacuum. My son mistakenly got a cat toy hung in the hose and I for the life of me could not get it lose. I went into the store on 12/13/24 and was greated by a man who was really nice. Ben, then came from the back and was able to get the cat toy out the vacuum hose. When I say the customer service was phenomenal, I mean that. For this, when we are in need of a new vacuum, I would come back just because of how kind the two gentlemen were. Thank you Ben, for your service.

If I could give them six stars I would. They gave me a really good deal on my new AMERICAN MADE Riccar vacuum and a free pack of bags. There isn't an online store that will give you a deal like this. For those of us who like to buy made in the USA, Riccar is the one if a Kirby is too heavy for you.

As a cleaning company owner, I can confidently share my review of Willet Vacuum. The owner and his helper possess extensive knowledge about vacuums and are always willing to address any questions you may have. Their customer service is truly outstanding. The prices they offer are reasonable and competitive, and you would be pleasantly surprised by the generous discounts available. Additionally, they provide a reliable one-year warranty on their products. Personally, I not only purchase vacuums from this shop but also trust them with repairs. I wholeheartedly recommend Willet Vacuum to anyone considering buying a vacuum.
