Christian Johnson was awesome today! He helped put my HVAC back into tip top working condition! He was tech savvyand showed videos and pictures of the work he completed! NO ONE has ever done that and explained in the way he did before! He is an outstanding asset to Comfort Tech. Blessings beyond measure!

Tee came for a service appointment on November 14, 2025. He was a very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly gentleman who was very thorough in looking over everything. I felt more than satisfied with his maintenance work. He also explained matters well and clearly and informed me of several beneficial offers Comfortech has for its customers. He’s a good man to have representing your company.

Steven Tollison was professional and courteous. He completed the check-up on our furnaces in a timely manner, and reviewed Confortech's service membership with me. It was a pleasure to do business with him and Comfortech.

Today ComforTech sent out the best HVAC Technician I have EVER met! Mr. Jonathan Howerton was very knowledgeable and detailed. He explained the issues with my AC System and ductwork! He was personable and very professional. I appreciated his honesty in regard to what needs to be done to correct the issues with my systems. I’m going to request him every time!

11/19/25 Christian Johnson performed my system maintenance on my AC & Heat. He called before he arrived and made it in the time frame he said. He was very pleasant and respectful and he had a calming aura about himself. He was very confident in what he was doing, he moved with ease and assurance and he showed me the results of the maintenance. The result showed that I needed to have my dirt blower wheel cleaned and he set the appointment for Friday morning & he will come back out to clean it. I believe Christian is a great asset to Comfortech and I look forward to him coming back on Friday. Thank you Christian. My cost was nothing because I have the maintenance plan and that’s the way to go.

Zach was very professional, very kind, very polite, respectful understanding and straight to the point with his views of my situation. He was good at what he done and he made the problem look so minor and I appreciate him thank y’all for having such a good worker and someone, knowledgeable and respectful toward your clients. I thought I was gonna have to remodel the whole bathroom and rip out things and put on new pipes and everything in I was stressed to the max. I was ready to set that house on fire and just get rid of it, but here comes Zack,!! Praise god he blessed me today with his kindness and professionalism he has Avery nice personality
