Called Jim (Upstate appliance) at 8:30 this morning for my broken washer, after having multiple people tell me they couldn't get to my house till Tuesday or Wednesday( I don't get many days off) . Jim was able to get here between 11-2. He came at 11:45 and was out by 12:45. Great customer service and knew exactly what he was talking about. My washer works great again and I have zero complaints. Thanks for helping me out today, I really truly appreciate it.

I'm writing this review 6+ weeks after Thanksgiving, but I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Upstate Appliance LLC. Jim went above and beyond to ensure my tenant's oven was repaired just a day and a half before Thanksgiving. From my initial call, Jim was incredibly knowledgeable. Based on the stove's make and model, he already had a good idea of the issue (oven baking failure, but broiling correctly). He even ordered the necessary part before even arriving at the property! Jim arrived promptly and quickly replaced the faulty part. The oven now works perfectly, and my tenant was able to enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. This positive experience with Upstate Appliance LLC was recently brought to mind by a review I left for another company (a furnace repair company) that provided excellent service. This reminded me of the exceptional service I received from Upstate Appliance LLC. I will definitely be calling on Upstate Appliance LLC again for any future appliance needs of my tenants.

After Arctic wholesale took my $100 and left me with a broken fridge, the guys from upstate came early and were done in 20 min. The price was right (the same price he quoted me on the phone)and the repairman was courteous, prompt, and professional. After being diagnosed with this awful disease I thought that was the worst that could happen but people taking advantage of you in your time of grief and need. The guy at arctic said that's our policy. I'll never call them again. I bought the refrigerator from arctic a few years ago and now I know to call the guys at upstate. I told the guy I had radiation that morning and he accommodated the time, and wished me well before he left. Now that's awesome customer service!

Called Jim he was on time to the appt and was nice, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in about 15 mins. My only issue is that I paid him cash and didn't get a receipt afterwards, I have called him and text him for a week now he told me he would send it and has not. Jim I have zero issues with your service just pls send me my receipt for the $140 I paid you to steam out the refrigerator line please

My washing machine was leaking, so I called a Upstate who had fixed my dryer last year, he came, put in a new part, and charged me 400. The next day it was still leaking so I called him and he said he would be back the next day, the next day never came, after trying to get him back for two weeks, I called Register Appliance. Dennis came out the next day, but we couldn't get the washer to leak. Later that day it started leaking again, so I called Register, and they came out the next day, found the problem and fixed it in 2 hrs. The cost of getting this washer fixed by Register was less than what I paid Upstate who didn't fix the problem. I should have called Register first

Never called to cancel stating that he didn’t have my number (I left a vm with my number on it ) then I called him the next day to reschedule my appointment which he stated that he will "try to come at 330 because I have something to do for my daughter but if I can’t I will call and reschedule for the next day " guess who never called and rescheduled that’s 2 days I wasted my time on this man then my warranty company called and he told them he was "sick" and needed to reschedule when he told me he got behind and that’s why he needed to reschedule

This was the worst experience I have had with a repair service. First off he canceled on the day of service, migraine ...reschedule for the next day, son showed up in a rinky dinky minivan. No name tag. He fix my washer ,which was clogged, I asked him if he did a test run, said he did. After he left I started a small load to test the washer out...came back my basement was flooded. All the water was coming from the bottom of the washer where he unclogged the machine. Tried calling them back no response, to either text or calls. He responded the next day with a text. We can come out tomorrow. I guess tomorrow never came. No apologies or explanation for the sloppy job that was done. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. Jim/ James or whatever your name is .. you should not be operating a business shame on you for robbing people. This is not even a star rated company.
