Ryan was great! Hebwas so kind and professional. He fixed my 1969 Kenmore wall oven quickly and efficiently, even though parts have been discontinued. Thank you so much! Would recommend!
Great experience with Appliance Pros... David came out and notified me he was on his way. He fixed my dryer in no time and cleaned up. The price for the service call was almost half of what the competition wanted. David was polite, personable and professional. Would highly recommend them!
When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told they would be at my house between 8-11 am. David arrived at about 7:50 am. He was very professional and was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my washer. Even though I found out that the problem was going to be cost-prohibitive to fix, he gave me good information about finding a new washer. I will definitely call him again if I have any additional appliance issues.
David was very nice and got the job done! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!
I called due to my dryer not heating up, I was told that someone would be available between 9 a.m and 1 p.m. the next day, which was fine, so at 9 a.m. i get a phone call from David said he was 2 blocks from my house and could meet me...That is what i call service. He was very friendly, and found the issue right away. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a repair service provider.
I got their number off of the internet. I called and we scheduled an appointment for them to come fix our refrigerator. Dave was here on time, nice, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them and now have a repair man to call when we need something fixed in a timely matter. Thanks, Dave and Appliance Repair Pro.
I wish I had taken the gentleman’s name of who helped me… I completely forgot (David, possibly?) but man, was he good! I was working from home and a little anxious about someone showing up to work on my washer while I was busy but he only needed me once and it was to tell me what was needing fixed and what the price would be. He was only here for 20mins and my washer is completely fixed! (Great price, too.) He was very nice, too, which I appreciated.
