Very impressed with the professionalism and promptness of this company and the technician. My dryer is repaired just a few hours after I discovered the problem! The tech was respectful, honest, and knowledgeable, and the repair was relatively affordable. He said most parts were in good condition, but my belt was broken. He replaced it promptly and put everything back together. Payment and receipt was simple and straightforward. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.

I appreciate when a service provider presents a window for service and they arrive at the earlier end of the window. I appreciate professionalism and courtesy. I appreciate having a convenient way of paying for the services provided. I am fortunate that Prime Service Co. Appliance Repair Services provided me with all of the things I appreciate. If I need appliance repair services in the future, they will be on a short list of companies for consideration and would recommend them for anyone who needed similar services.

We were not happy with the service provided. They charged us a service fee of $85 to show up to temporarily fix the unit, said it was fixed and working 100% but it was not. Then wanted to charge us almost $500 to replace the motherboard on a unit not even worth that price instead of recommending us to replace the unit. I understand its our choice but we find companies that do this have low integrity and we think a unit should never be advised to be fixed when a new unit would be a smarter option.

This was our first time using this company to do routine cleaning and maintenance of our 12 year old washer and dryer. Technician, Russ, was awesome. Price quote was given to us prior to service being done which was very affordable for us. Arrival time was great and on time, cleaning was completed and very satisfied with his work. He showed us before and after pictures and explained, in detail, what he was going to do, what he did, and allowed us provide him with any concerns, which we had none. Amazing job well done. Will definitely use this company again for future services.

The repair technician did an excellent job and was able to fix our dishwasher! We appreciated his time and attention to detail, not leaving until he was sure the job was completed. I was also impressed at the speed of the service. I booked a service online for the following day, but heard back within an hour that they would be able to come the same day. They arrived two hours later and completed the job with 1.5 hours. Highly recommend!

I am absolutely blown away by the service we received from Prime Service Company. Not only did my tech fix our dishwasher the same day he did everything on time and communicated so well about all the steps. I know I will be using these folks for all my appliance needs from now on!
