Super kind and knowledgeable repair technician and scheduling staff. Great work done right, explained the issue and quickly ordered parts to fix it. Cleaned up and left no mess after the repairs. We also really appreciated that the technician wore a filtration mask the whole time with no hesitation or complaints, since we have a family member with cancer.

My dishwasher cleaned well but it gave the dishes a stinky smell. The filter in this dishwasher is part of the motor (Maytag). The filter would have cost more to replace than to buy a new dishwasher. Since the dishwasher is only 2 years old, the Tech guy Josh ✨✨✨✨✨decided to clean the hose going from dishwasher to garbage disposal. Wow, we couldn’t be happier. The cost was just the service price to come to investigate the issue. Dishes smell clean. Josh also provided free training on how to care for this particular dishwasher. Lol, it went in one ear and out the other. Why bother it’s so cheap to have him come out once a year for maintenance.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online and have someone come out within a short amount of time. Joe was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was looking at and what he was seeing, and he was upfront about the costs of repairing an older appliance versus buying a new one. I'd definitely use River City Appliance again.
