Amazing customer service! I called about getting a replacement part for my washing machine, but instead of telling me the price, they patiently walked me through how to fix it over the phone! Turns out it was just a sock stuck in the drain pump and I never would have checked that. Thank you Southside Appliance Repair!

Damien provided excellent service from the first call up until I arrived. He even sent photographs of what I was looking for. As soon as I arrived he greeted me and took me to the items he had on hand. He was willing to work with me and assured me of the 60 day warranty along with same day delivery. This experience was a great one and I would definitely recommend South Side Appliances to anyone. Very well mannered and I see a future successful young business man in the making!

I am here as testimony for South Side Appliance. When I first moved to Sacramento in 2000, I needed a washer and dryer. That is when I found Southside on Broadway. I purchased washer and dryer, it was very reasonable I have never had any problems with any appliance and I've had Refrigerators, and I have referred many many people, to where his place was at. Because he's in a very good spot, where people can't really miss his place if they just go down Broadway! I would recommend anyone to go to Southside and you don't have to worry about anything breaking down because it's used. They're used appliances, make you feel like the appliances are brand new. It's just the price is reasonable. And he delivers. Like I said, I'd recommend him to anybody that needed an appliance, that's my backing!! If anyone needs appliance you would want to go to Southside first, that would be the only place you end up going. I just had to let all people know how blessed I was to even find Southside. All my appliances in my house have come from Southside and still working. It's been years since I've been back there because nothing breaks down. I just say if you're in need, you go to South Side. Damien is kind and knowledgeable, we are lucky to have this small business in town. Southside repaired our Samsung dryer and honored the repair warranty when a second visit was needed. He worked hard to fit us in quickly, which meant we needed to be flexible with timing.

Damian was professional, fast, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable in his craft. His good attitude made an unpleasant situation quite nice. Knew what he was doing and quickly solved the issue with our washing machine. No complaints; would call again should I ever need another appliance repaired.

Very satisfied with the service from Damian. He was able to get my washing machine fixed & ready to be used again within the same day. I was happy i didnt have to wait any days for a piece to be ordered & he had the exact pieces in hand that my washer needed. I called in such a short notice since my washer started making a loud noise this morning when i did a load & he was able to come as soon as he had finished up with his appointments he had scheduled. Damian was one of the most helpful, honest and hardworking repair person I have ever met. He arrived and quickly got to work, identified the problem and did not try to have me spend more money on parts and repairs than my washer was worth. He then helped me located a newer almost matching machine for an incredible deal and then brought it right to my home. And he said if i didn't like it he would bring me something that worked for me. He is the best!!
