Never using them again. Set and confirmed an appointment for the 8-12 window (already a large window). No one shows up no one contacts me to tell me what is going on. Nothing. No one to talk to or to file complaints. Nothing. They do not respect their customers time. I wasted a day off of work for nothing. Do not bother with them. Find a local company instead.

This company is unreliable and doesn't keep its appointments. I was given an appointment in june to repair the air conditioner in my house at 1095 Belle Meade, and they keep postponing it and not answering my calls, claiming that the parts haven't arrived, even though I have children and my mother is an elderly woman. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them.

Would NOT RECOMMEND! It took over 4 months to fix my 4 year old Samsung refrigerator ice maker. Scheduling a service appointment is a NIGHTMARE WITH NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON! Wait from 8 am - 5 pm for the tech. No way to schedule with priority for a continuing problem! Then an actual no show with no call from the tech until after 6 pm!!!!!

Michael did a great job. He was friendly, personable, and explained what the issues were with my dishwasher and what needed to be done to fix them. I felt the price was reasonable for the service being done. And my dishwasher works again!

I had an apt on 9/8 the technician said he would have to order a part that he also said was a common issue with the oven. If it common why don’t you carry the part? On 9/11 the technician installed the ordered part told me the oven was fixed. When I went to use the oven 9/15 it would not work. Calked to schedule an appointment for 9/20 nobody called nobody showed up. You cannot reach a live person and the AI is set to discount customer request. Over $500 and I still have not gotten anywhere.

Mike was quick and efficient. Since we had ordered the part ourselves he was only here a few months. Job done! My range is as good as new. Thanks Mike.

Sad information that I need a new refrigerator but the technician was congenial and professional. However, he came yesterday to fix our clothes washer. Why didn’t Sears combine both problems into one visit rather than make me pay for 2 visits? The technician was great but Seats isn’t!
