Jay showed up right on time. He listened to my description of the problem and went right to the bad switch and tested it and the other door switches and replaced the bad one. Problem fixed my microwave is back in service. Reasonable prices and quick and courteous service, I would definitely recommend these guys.

I love my 20-year-old microwave -- the analog time selector, the handle, and everything -- so when it shot flames I wasn't happy. Showcase made it look and work like new for the same or lower cost of a comparable new microwave with stupid features I don't want. They didn't ask for cash up-front like everyone else did.
