Unprofessional, expensive, and didn't even fix the problem. I was charged $60 for service call on window unit AC, then a total of $185 to fix the problem. Dan said it was a freon leak. It got returned and it didn't cool. Then I gave them a second chance to fix it, yet I got my window unit returned with unconnected hoses! I asked them to at least connect the hoses so I could have someone else repair it and Dan refused. Perhaps the beer in his truck was a factor his ability to perform a sober job successfully. The worst part was that I hired him so my mom wouldn't suffer in the heat.

It was a mistake to hire this company. The owner of the company Dan Ortiz showed up smelling of beer in the middle of the day even had beer can drop from his company truck . He stated he has been in the business for 40 years and knew what he was doing well aparently he doesn’t . Being my ac was not fixed and was still charged $225. Would not recommend this company .

Dan Always Does a Great Job in his work, That is Why I always call him back when I need My Washer or Other Appliances Fix, Because He does a Great!! Jobll & His Helpers As Well They All Do a Great Job!! I Recommend Them . Dan # 1

I do not feel they did a good job, my appliance problem was not fixed. I paid a good amount only for it to work a short time. Owner does not seem to be too interested in helping customers with warranty items.

They are very fast, $20 service fee (cheaper then all the other place so i called) labor is a decent price as well. No problems with the machine so far.

Do not hire this business dan the old man is a rip off they came out to fix my refrigerator charge me 165 and its not even cooling they keep giving me the round around they give you a warranty just to make them look good do not get rip of like i did i well blast him every where on social media its not right

Scheduling was difficult he finally works on the refrigerator but it still doesn’t work. I called back and no one got back to me. It was a waste of my money.
