Had an issue with my tv not powering back on…took it in to Mr Joe. Turns out nothing was wrong with the tv and the issue was only my home outlet..Mr Joe was honest and told me the truth instead of charging me for a service that wasn’t necessary… Would definitely recommend Mr Joe to anyone..honest and trustworthy!!

My 75-in Samsung QLED TV we purchased in 2019 using it 17 of 24 hours per day everyday finally gave out. Only 6 years old I was expecting 10-12 years of use. The screen went black and then tried to power on flickering white screens and clicking. Tried all the Google troubleshooting techniques of unplugging leaving it off for 30 minutes disconnecting any attaching cables and nothing worked. Checked on the Samsung website the recommended places did not have good Google reviews so this is the first place I called because of the rave reviews and it did not disappoint. Joe asked what the model number was and even described some conditions and asked if it was occurring which I responded "yes" and he indicated it was the panel and not a power board or main board which he could have said yeah bring it in for a diagnosis run up a couple hundred-dollar bill and then said oh we can't fix it but he let me know it was the panel which means I have to get a completely new TV. Thanks so much Joe for your integrity. Also asked him about recommended TV types with the motion rate and he was able to give me knowledgeable answers and I would definitely highly recommend them for any TV and possibility electronics repairs in the future.

I called inquiring about getting our tv screen repaired and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and polite. I've saved this shop for future use. I highly recommend if you're looking for an honest local shop.
