Great experience overall! Their customer service is outstanding and very responsive. From our initial interaction until the end, the service has been superb. We did have a minor hiccup after the service was completed but they came out, same day, to get it addressed. Nick (tech) was punctual and awesome and my both ladies (Savanna and Tara/Sarah?) I spoke with were extremely professional. Highly recommend this company! Issue I had was with a clothes washer.

Had a great experience with ECH Appliance Repair. My 10 year-old LG washer started leaking. Needed a new pump assembly. The repair was efficient and the cost seemed appropriate. Great communication at all times. Would definitely use them again.

My fridge died. I contacted ECH to come out and see what was going on. There was a $60 service fee, Technician Mark diagnosed the issue. Scheduled the repair for the next day on a fair price for my repair. I anticipate the explanation on my invoice. I can recommend using them in the future

Extremely happy with the service and support from Egor and ECH. My coffee shop had a refrigerator down for 3 weeks and after back and forth with another vendor which went no where, ECH came through promptly once we got in touch with them. Ego came in and quickly diagnosed the issue with the temperature control panel as well as ran a spot check on the condenser as well. The service was all done in less than 45min and me and my team could not be happier! Definitely earned a new loyal customer with us!

Ilia was great! He arrived on time, and easily diagnosed the issue with our gas range. He had the part we needed with him and took care of the repair right then. Fair pricing, good communication from the beginning. Definitely recommend ECH.

I called ECH Appliance and they sent Art out the same day. He diagnosed my Samsung fridge issue in under 10 minutes—it was a faulty defroster causing the ice maker to constantly leak. He ordered the part and came back to fix it quickly. Art was super friendly, professional, and efficient. I’ve driven past their shop for years and finally had a reason to use them—so glad I did. Highly recommend!

Called and tech was out the never next day. Sam the tech was on time very respectful and extremely extremely knowledgeable. He was able to take my fridge apart and diagnose the issue and under 10 minutes he had the switch in stock was able to fix my fridge and be in and out of my house in less than 30 minutes. This guy was great highly highly recommend this guy Sam you're awesome thank you for fixing my fridge. Now my girlfriend can't yell at me about the fridge not working. You're the best Sam. Looking forward to getting you again if ever needed again.
