Bad experience. They contract with allstate/square trade for nation wide coverage ( in in texas) but their techs are not full time techs. I'm guessing 2nd jobs. First time "Danny "was 2 hours late, here for 3 minutes, said he needed parts and left. Was in a regular car, in jeans and tshirt attire. And it was after 7 pm. 2nd time, my appt time was supposed to be 8am to noon from allstate, I was told by Supreme it had to be moved to 6pm-9pm. Again, after hours. This time, no show at all. Next day, called allstate again, they called the company and set up 4 pm to 7 pm appt. At 7:30 i called allstate again, no show. I told them don't use these any more i want a different company. First 2 hours late, second no show, third no show. At 8 pm I was notified the tech was on his way, eyeroll. I told them no, we were going out for the evening, we were done waiting on them. I hope allstate finds better companies to use.
I'm not surprised they have such crap ratings. This company is run by scammers. First of all, I got at least 5 different estimated time ranges of when my technician would arrive. I just assumed that the latest email is when he'd arrive. I stayed home all day waiting for him because I need my washer fixed. 4:15 PM rolled around, so I decided to call to try to see where he is, because it was starting to get a little dark. She refused to give us his number, but said he would arrive within the hour. She was really good at pretending she knew what she was talking about, but she was clearly incompetent. 6 PM rolls around and I realized that this technician is never coming. No phone call, no email, nothing. They just never showed up I never even bothered to let us know or try to reschedule. Please please please do yourself a favor and use a legitimate company with actual professionals instead of these incompetent scammers who will have you pay $600 up front and won't even send anybody to your house. Ridiculous and disgusting!
Had to use them for our Home Depot warranty. Late to THREE scheduled appointments with no update. Or no show!! Had to call multiple times to get an answer. When arrived 1/3 times, didn’t apologize for lateness. For first appointment said they would come back with another person and let me know. Waited a week and no call or update, had to call myself. They do not respond to the text , so I don’t know why it’s an option at all. When they finally replied through Allstate setting up a time, the time didn’t work and I told them it didn’t. They never changed it and I had to reschedule. The rescheduled time was 2-5pm they did not text that they were running late and their number had a reply saying to call back later. They finally called back an hour and a half later and said unfortunately the couldn’t send someone out and have to reschedule. They did not show up, text or call again the next day for the reschedule. I am emailing the warranty to find someone else. 9 hours of waiting total and no visit or late notification. Unprofessional and not helpful at all. My oven is still broken.
Extremely unprofessional – avoid if you can This company is contracted through Home Depot for appliance repairs, but I’m honestly shocked they still have a contract. My experience with Supreme Appliance Repair was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. The technician showed up in street clothes, no ID, no uniform, and no company vehicle — looking nothing like a legitimate service tech. Not only that, he brought zero tools with him and didn’t perform any meaningful diagnosis on the washer. To make matters worse, the scheduled appointment window was initially 3–5 PM, but they kept changing it last minute to 6–9:30 PM, seemingly hoping we wouldn’t confirm. Even after confirming, there was no communication or response to confirm their actual arrival. When he showed up (late), he claimed he ran out of parts, didn’t know what was wrong, and had me call Home Depot myself to explain everything — which is supposed to be his company’s responsibility. At no point did he follow up or communicate findings, and it was clear he was leaving the entire burden on me, the customer. This defeats the entire purpose of having a protection plan. Weeks went by, and on the second visit, it was the same scenario — no ID, no tools, no fixes. Just wasted time. At that point, I thanked him and sent him on his way. Honestly, this company is completely unprepared, disorganized, and unprofessional. If you’re using Home Depot’s protection plan, ask for a different contractor or escalate immediately if you’re assigned Supreme Appliance Repair. You’re better off avoiding them entirely.
I can’t recommend this appliance repair service enough! Alex, the technician who came to fix my dishwasher, was absolutely amazing. He was super friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong with my dishwasher before getting to work. You can tell he really knows his stuff because he had it fixed in no time. Now my dishwasher’s running like new! Alex was really patient with all my questions, and I felt comfortable the whole time. If you need repairs, I’d definitely say give them a call—great service all around!
This company is contract through Allstate appliance warranty. First of all, they changed the service window time frame from what the warranty company says. My husband made it work with his job by taking the morning off work. When the repair technician arrives, he asked him to put booties over his shoes. He replied, "one second" and returned to his vehicle. The technician gets in his vehicle and drives off…never to be seen again!!! I send and email to Supreme Appliance to let them know what happened. Their initial response was to confirm the address. CLEARLY to address was correct because my husband greeted him at the door and asked him to cover his shoe. After I replied to confirm the address, I received this response, " I believe there was a misunderstanding during today’s appointment. When your husband asked our technician to wear booties, the technician replied that he could remove his shoes. Your husband declined that option and requested booties specifically. Unfortunately, the technician had just run out of them earlier today, had already ordered more from Amazon, and is trying to find any in local stores this morning to purchase them" Keep in mind, our scheduled window was from 8:50 am - 11:50 am and he arrived at 9 am! Stay away from this company at all costs! Not only was their response a failed attempt to blame the customer, it was a complete and total lie; either told by the technician or made up by the company. Either way, they are horrible and I would rather was clothes by hand in the 118 degree Arizona sun than rely on them to repair anything in my home! There needs to be an option for zero stars, that would be a more accurate representation of what Supreme Appliance Repair has earned. There is nothing "Supreme" about them. They are inferior to a kindergartener!
The warranty company sent a tech from Supreme to repair my dishwasher. He pulled out the unit, found rat droppings behind it and reported that the unit suffered rodent damage. The warranty company declined the claim. I did not observe him making a detailed examination of the unit or the control system. He did say he would order a new controller and wait for the warranty company's decision. I said we'd pay if the claim was denied. After it was denied I contacted Supreme and was given the run around for about 8 days before they told me that the tech said he couldn't repair it.
