I found Bay Master Appliance Services to be very professional. They were able to send a technician out the next day, he arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Although, for my particular situation, they were not able to fix my appliance. However, the technician Adam went above and beyond trying his hardest to remedy the issue. His honesty was wonderful, because instead of ordering parts that would cost more than just buying a new appliance, he was upfront and honest in letting me know my best bet was to just buy a new appliance. I called Bay Master Appliance Services when our refrigerator and freezer stopped working. They quickly responded and set up a time for a technician to arrive. Adam arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. He immediately ordered the part that needed replacement. When the part was received I was quickly set up with another time for the repair to take place. The company was responsive and timely. Adam returned at the appointed time and very quickly replaced the old part with the new. Adam was exceptionally friendly and professional which made the whole process as easy as it could have been. I highly recommend this company, and Adam, in particular, as a technician.

Adam knew his stuff he was really nice explained everything to me it was a matter of minutes getting the repairs done and he stayed around and make sure everything was working I would recommend Adam to anybody. He did the repair on the dryer timing switch went out

We needed a washer issue diagnosed, and at the same time we did maintenance on both the washer and dryer. Brad was very pleasant to work with. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and gave us some tips on appliance maintenance to extend their life. We would definitely use the services from Bay Master Appliance Services again without hesitation.

I orangnal called for service on my dishwasher but he was done so fast I asked him if he works on dryers too. Adam said absolutely went right out to check on my dryer. In 30 mins he had it fixed and running super quiet again. I definitely highly recommend Adam.
