My AC condenser unit fan stopped working all of a sudden. I called Alex at WY&G, and they had Eugene come within an hour. Eugene was very professional, had great attention to detail, and even gave me suggestions on how to maintain our system. The service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. My AC was back up and running within an hour. I'm super satisfied and highly recommend them—10/10!

My AC condenser went out during the heat wave so I called my insurance company. The first company they chose to send out couldn’t come out until 4 days later and after looking at the system said they weren’t qualified to make the repair. I called my insurance company and they reached out to WY&G. Within an hour, Alex reached out to me and made arrangements to come out the same night to fix it. Alex arrived and quickly identified the issue. He replaced a bad transformer, checked and improved wiring connections and added Freon. He made sure that everything was working at its optimum before leaving. I can’t say how much I appreciate Alex coming out, working late and making it so I could finally sleep comfortably again for the first time in several nights. WY&G and Alex will now be my go to for all my HVAC needs in the future. Thanks again!

After I described the issue my AC was having over the phone Alex showed up to my home vey promptly. He assessed it diagnosed it and fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly and and made the experience very easy and pleasant. The Price for the repair was very reasonable. I would 10/10 recommend WY&G Inc for all my friends and family's HVAC needs.

WY&G was able to correctly diagnose and repair our HVAC system. We had two other companies (that we strongly recommend against) come in and do shoddy work. Alexander and Eugene both were great to work with. Eugene heard me out as I caught him up on the history of the system. Alexander was flexible when discussing the installation details of the unit. At the end of the day, my system needed the evaporator coil and the condenser unit replaced. Alexander was great about asking me when the next available slot I had (vs me begging to get on their calendar). As far as calendaring, they were excellent- next day appts, sometimes day after appt. As far as communication, great. They text and call. Easy to reach. My only feedback to potential customers is, and this isn’t a knock on WY&G, avoid home warranties at all costs. It’s a pain for customers and a pain for HVAC companies. Great experience w WY&G

WY&G is the best! Especially , Eugene is a very knowledge and professional and pleasant to work with, also he is a hard working man and also go beyond to provide the best service. I have been hired them many times during the years. They replaced our air conditioning , fixed microware and refrigerator. They are very patient to explain me how to maintain our appliances and always keep us update if they needs to order parts. Oh, yes, they are very fairly reasonable for their price. You will not regret to hire them!

Our refrigerator went out 3 days before Christmas! We called WY&G at 845 pm and spoke with Eugene. He was very professional and came out the next day. He fixed the fridge then and there and came back 5 days later when the parts needed for a permanent repair came in. We found WY&G to be prompt, professional,very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Eugene and his co-worker were polite, and left everything clean and tidy. We would recommend them highly and would use them again.
