Cook's Appliance

A very disappointed experience and my refrigerator was never fixed. Alex, the technician assigned to fix my refrigerator sounded like he was guessing what the problem was. First he said, the base where the filter goes was the problem . that was replaced and the problem was not fixed, then he said the water valve.. keep in mind that he did not have the parts in hand, and new appointments had to be set. I missed a total of 8 hrs of work to be there when he arrived. a total of 3 times were set and my frig was not fixed. He told me that the valve will fix the problem. I had someone else do that and it still didn’t fix the problem and I had to pay cooks appliance almost $200 and for nothing. The receptionist lady was awesome that’s why they got a two stars.

I was in there one Saturday with my family. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to buy anything from this store. They don’t treat their employees right. The manager(s)/owner don’t respectfully talk to them in a proper manor. How do you expect customers to want to come to this store when they see how you treat your employees. The staff was polite and helpful though!

They got my dryer model # wrong which resulted in an incorrect part ordered. They reimbursed me for the trip charge to put it on. Can't ask for more than that. It's nice to deal with people who treat you fairly.

My dryer is under warranty, had these guys come out to fix it. Leaving the thermostat on top of my washer and not putting it back into the dryer is a crucial step. Third times a charm? Maybe?

Within seconds of walking in a lady whom I assume was either a manager or owner (small frame, curly blonde with bangs) was badgering an employee about the placement of the floor mats next to the front door. Saying (loudly and in front of us and other employees)"the placement of these floor mats is ignorant!" and "I don't know who did this, but it was stupid," and "Attention to detail!", and "You're not even helping the customers" as she was stomping to the back of the store. Only when she noticed the displeased look on my face did she approach, and appeared to attempt good customer service. Hun, it's a discount appliance store, we all know what we're getting. Floor mats and screeching aren't going to make a sale, kindness and good customer service is. Your stuff isn't any cheaper than any other discount appliance store in town, so the difference is made up in customer experience. We're in the market for a full set of kitchen appliances, and I don't think we will be returning.

Can't complain. Bought a used dryer at a decent price. Delivery and set up was pricier than expected, but delivery was immediate...they almost beat me home. The two very nice young men pulled out my old dryer and set up the new one. They made sure that it worked and then went on their way. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

It took awhile for Ashley to get back with me but she apologized and was very helpful trying to find a trim kit and microwave that would fit the existing cavity in my cabin.
