These guys are great and do honest work. They were able to fix the rear AC in my 98 ford econoline within the same day when other mechanics couldn’t figure out what the problem was. They also replaced a radiator fan assembly on my Lexus and did an extra repair after for no extra charge. Extremely knowledgeable guys. I would recommend them!

I got a quote on the phone and by the time I went in and talked with them the quote had doubled because they had the wrong engine and needed an additional part. They did a great job explaining why there was a change just wish I would have just gone in and talked with them before instead of getting my hopes up on the phone. Didn't end up getting any service done though since the quote was too high, but seemed very professional.

Excellent job replacing my wife's heater core in Lincoln Towncar. Final bill was cheaper than estimate. Will recommend to everyone!

I know this place has been here for many years. I had them work on my AC twenty years ago with great results. I stopped in to inquire about them looking at a car I have. The old guy at the counter was rude enough that I knew there was no way I would want to deal with him on a reoccurring basis.

I didn't even want to give 1 star for this business, however this was the only way to post. The car belonged to my daughter, however she is only 20, so we were helping out. We were referred to this place by the dealership - when I scheduled the appointment for her and explained the issue - the rep said it would cost anywhere between $50 - $150. End result, $235. They deal with the dealership on a regular basis so they assumed they would be paying the tab, so I guess they felt they were going to milk them. They did not call the dealership FIRST to see if they would cover BEFORE doing they repair. They did not call me or my daughter BEFORE making the repair. No parts were ordered, they said that it took 3 hours to open the driver door (it was locked and the lock mechanism must have disconnected). Prior to picking the car up, my daughter called the place to check status and they all were very rude and the lady said they were waiting on parts. But again when we get there, the guy says no parts were ordered and we were only paying labor. In my own experience with dealerships, no repairs are done UNLESS the customer is ok with the price. I felt that they were going to overcharge the dealership and because of what needed to be done, it wasn't under warranty - so they proceeded to milk the customer!!!!! Very dissatisfied with this place and I'll never go there again and I would never refer anyone else there!!!!!!!
