If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Jesse came out later in the evening to fix my AC. It was obvious from the moment our interaction began that he is an expert in his field. His diagnostic was swift, his work was efficient, and his communication with me throughout the process was not only professional, but also demonstrated his love for his business and the pride he takes in his work. Jesse is a very honest man, and I would encourage anyone looking for an HVAC tech/company to give JM Heating & Cooling a call, and give Jesse the opportunity to ethically, and affordably solve your HVAC problems/needs.

Jesse saved us when our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year. He responded quickly and had our issue resolved in no time. He has always been very professional and gets the job done correctly the first time. Our family will continue to use JM for all of our heating and cooling needs. Thanks again

I had called on a Sunday when our heat went out and they were very responsive and able to see me that day. Jesse and Cassandra were awesome to work with, very nice and Jesse was especially helpful. He explained what was going on and also gave my husband and I tips on servicing our Water Heater as well. Our furnace went out at the beginning of November as the cold weather showed up. Jesse was quick to give us a quote and we wound up deciding to replace our no-longer-functioning furnace as well as our 33-year-old air conditioner. It was a big task but he got it done quickly and did a great job. He made sure to get us in as soon as possible since we have an infant and a toddler and were trying to keep the house warm with space heaters. I’m so grateful for Jesse’s promptness and while I hope I won’t need to use his services too often, he will be the first service I call if there are any issues!

Jesse installed a new water heater for us. Came out and gave us a quote. He had to move our dryer as it was in the "closet" with heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Will use this company for any service we need!! Could highly recommend!!

We called JM Heating & Cooling for a second opinion after being told our AC system had a leak and needed to be replaced by another local company. Jesse came to our house and thoroughly looked at all of our duct work and determined that we did not have a leak after all but another, simple to fix, issue that saved us thousands of dollars. He did not try to just simply sell us a new system but spent the time to diagnose the problem and correctly fix it. I can’t express how refreshing it was to work with a company that truly cared about helping their customer and not try to take the easy (and costly) way out.
