Outstanding service that required two visits to complete in a timely manner. First question out of the first service person was " when do you need a working oven?" We told him and Mr. Appliance actually completed the required work as requested and the oven now works again. Both service professionals were both very courteous and answered all our questions, ordered the parts and installed them.
Great experience all the way around. Front office was great and Derick my tech was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend.
Mr. Appliance is the best appliance service. They fixed my gas dryer which saved me the cost of purchasing a new one and removing the old one. They replaced the failing motor with an upgraded modern one. Also, recently, they fixed my refrigerator which also saved me money and the inconvenience and cost of purchasing another one. This organization is very professional and friendly, too. I highly recommend their services.
I called for a dryer repair on a Wednesday morning. Appointment was set for the next day. Tech arrived within the time frame and diagnosed the problem quickly. Fortunately it was a minor issue that was quickly resolved. He was out the door within 15 min. Price seemed fair. Would recommend!
