An excellent experience, from initial store visit through delivery. Bob at Planet TV & Appliances found exactly the refrigerator I needed — just enough features and in a hard-to-find size — by sharing information with no sales pressure. He expedited delivery to arrive before I left on vacation. The two delivery men took all the time needed to expertly install the new refrigerator and carefully remove the old one — even though I was the last delivery on a very long day. Highly recommend this store for any major appliances.

I interacted with almost every member of the staff and found them all to be very courteous and knowledgeable. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Jesus and Art for providing me with such wonderful service. Jesus delivered and installed my appliances with great efficiency and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure that my appliances were clean, installed correctly, and positioned exactly where I wanted them. Jesus also took the time to show me how to properly operate and maintain my new appliances. On the other hand, Art provided exceptional assistance to me with an issue I had with LG (not a Planet TV issue), even though he wasn’t my salesman. He was very prompt in responding to my request and handled the matter efficiently. My issue was resolved within one week because of his help. Both Jesus and Art carried out their work with the passion as if it was their own business and treated their customers like family. I highly recommend Planet TV to everyone for its good products, excellent services, and trustworthy people.

Planet TV employees are super helpful. They go above and beyond to educate you on the differences between the products whether you are looking for kitchen appliances or audio visual equipment. You will be offered a fair price for the product and you will not be pressured to buy any particular model. They take the time to make sure you have the right product based on your needs and budget. Service plans are an option too. Ask for Art next time you stop in. He's incredibly professional and knowledgeable. You won't be disappointed.

Ordered 6 appliances and installation from Chris at the Stamford location. Chris was extremely helpful at the showroom explaining the different models of the various appliances which really helped us in our decision making. All through the process, Chris made himself available and the prices were very competitive. The delivery team consisted of two trucks and 4 workers that were extremely professional and very courteous and respectful to me and extremely careful inside my home. The installation and removal of appliances , all the cardboard and debris taken away went flawlessly. They checked each appliance that was installed for operation and water leakage before having me sign off. I would certainly recommend this dealer and his delivery and installation team to anyone looking to buy new appliances.

I really like this family-owned store. They have lots of the name brand appliances but are always ready to recommend whatever it is they like best. Their installation guys are absolutely the best. Pricing is fair. What’s not to like?

Our experience buying kitchen appliances was very easy. The prices were more competitive than other appliance stores but just as important, their customer service was top-notch! The delivery and installation people were professional, arrived on time and were efficient. We would definitely go back to Planet TV and Appliance for our future needs.

This past week was our first experience shopping and purchasing at Planet TV and Appliances (High Ridge Rd. Stamford) We needed to update our old appliances and was shopping for a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Shopped around at all different stores and after speaking with Chris at Planet TV we felt comfortable to give them a try for the first time. Very nice show room with a variety of choices with all different price ranges to fit your budget. Everything at Planet TV from start to finish was extremely Professional, well done above and beyond expectations. If you needed Chris he would answer the phone, delivery, installation date and time was as promised. The appliance delivery/ installation crew were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Unforeseen issue was our stove was hardwired in but needed a outlet for the new stove, on the spot with a truck loaded for other delivery's they took the extra time and installed the needed outlet so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. All of the crew cleaned up everything, cautiously covered the floor to prevent scratches, leveled the stove, even set the clock without asking. You never know what your going to get once you make the purchase in a store and hope for the best, fortunately for us "We Got The Best!!" Thank You to Chris and the entire installation, delivery crew for a perfect experience. We highly would recommend Planet TV and Appliances based on our first time experience.
