Alec came out twice to assess our non-functioning ice maker in an old fridge. He repaired the unit very efficiently and was extremely courteous. Excellent service, reasonable price. TY.

I found them on Thumbtack and I was told that the diagnostic was going to be $49 and if there was a problem the $49 would have been applied towards the balance. Paul came at 2:25pm and left at 2:40. Very nice man. He fixed the stove and then he asked $163. Now, I don’t know how much a piece that fit a bag may cost but it seemed overpriced but despite that, that I many not know, shouldn’t have he said " to repair it costs XY because I am doing XY"is it ok with you? I found shady I wasn’t warned about the price of service once the diagnostic was completed but as long as my stove works, I’ll just try to digest being overcharged. They offer 6 months warranty so hopefully all will be ok.

I had an exceptional experience with this appliance repair service! The technician was not only punctual but also very knowledgeable and professional. I had a great experience with this company! Supervisor Pole was so helpful in identifying the problem, and technician Michael was quick and efficient. In just two visits, they fixed my refrigerator, which I was already planning to throw out. After a while (today), I had another little hiccup, but ProTeam came to the rescue! They came absolutely free and will replace the part at their own expense, even though it is a completely different problem. I was really impressed by their low prices for diagnostics and speed of work.

Had Proteam repair my washer. Right after they repaired it I did a load of was and smoke was coming out of of the washer. I called them right away was told I should just buy a new washer and they are not able to fix it. I was informed that a refund of $650+ was going to be issued within 14-17 days minus the $69 diagnostic fee which i am willing to pay. 2 months later I still have not received the refund and I have contacted them multiple times. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card and in progress. Beware! They are quick taking your money but hard to get it back even it they clearly did not fix the problem.

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior I am extremely disappointed with The Pro Team Repair Company. It's been six months since they came to fix my refrigerator, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. It took forever for them to complete the repair; I had to constantly follow up with them for updates on when they would come and fix the issue. The first guy they sent said one issue and then they had to send someone new, further delaying the process. Throughout the process, they continuously hounded me for payment. Despite my decision to wait until I could confirm the refrigerator was working properly, they kept calling my cell phone over and over again and I paid over $3,000 to get this ordeal over with. But my fridge is still leaking!! I reached out to them immediately, and multiple times but without any resolution. It's been incredibly frustrating trying to get in touch with them since then. I finally managed to call them again, and they promised to call me back and send the technician again. This entire experience has been a nightmare. Not only did they fail to fix the initial problem, but their persistent calls for payment and lack of follow-up after the issue persisted is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using The Pro Team Repair Company.
