***NEW UPDATE 10/24/2025*** Thank you for your reply, however as a business owner with experienced technicians, I would have expected that if it was going to pose a problem with ANY removal of ANY parts of the machine, you would have your technicians express that before the project is set to begin. Your right, it really is unfortunate that your technician literally, struggled to remove the bolt after minutes of hammering! if in fact a technician with years of experience as such, would have diagnosed the bolt and explained to me BEFORE trying to remove it, since it's an "OLDER MODEL", that the bolt may not come off and if he proceeds, placing he responsibility Soley on me if I choose for him to proceed and I will take the chance of the bolt being stripped as the outcome. I was got given a choice, yet I tried to assist him by offering WD40 as he asked! Your technical told me you would refund all of my money, never was it mention that the refund would only include the parts, so let's be honest in our communication and what we post online. I was not expecting the service fee to be refunded, I'm just going by what I was told, as I mentioned in my recorded phone call. I never would have expected for the service fee to be refunded, that's why I asked twice. You touched on all points in your reply except, saying thank you for choosing your company and most importantly Customer Service! That is such a difficult area to address when you're in-defense mode. I simply asked to be contacted the day the incident occurred, being I had questions and I would have liked to proceed if my contractor would have been able to remove the bolt your technician stripped. I was going to bypass that error being the technician had a great attitude and was just trying to complete my service order. I called 10/22 and 10 23 and was told by Mary, that an office manager would call me back. Not once did I receive a phone call, as a matter-of-fact Mary called my phone in error 10/ 23 stating the technician was on the way! I asked her, was he coming to get the stripped screw out? she then said oh, wrong person and HUNG UP! I then called back as you can listen to your recorded call and asked her 1st why did she hang up in my face like that? She stated she had the wrong number. Mr. Ray, I understand your position as a business owner, but please understand my position as well. Your reply online was quick and seem professional, I wish this energy would have been taken on a return phone call. Stating you stand on your decision not to proceed was an understatement due to the fact you could NOT proceed because the technician stripped the bolt and that halted the job entirely. Additionally, you told him to leave after the damage had been done, WOW! Thank you for my refund of $116 which was credited on 10/23, the opportunity to issue a credit was available the same day before the change was submitted. No favors were given in this case! not sure if the outcome was equal. *The technician diagnoses the issue; your company was paid $99 plus tax for the invoice. *Currently due your technician striping my washer machine BOLT to the point of non-removal, I'm forced to pay out additional $$$ elsewhere. Thank you!

Called Allstars on a Tuesday afternoon to fix the icemaker in my fridge. The tech was out the next morning, assessed the situation, left and got the needed part and was back and had me going less than 24 hours after I first called. And at a very reasonable price. Wow! It doesn't get much better. Highly recommended! Kevin (the Tech) was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. 5 stars.

Ray was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew the work and had a plan on how to repair the problem. I was on the verge of buying a new fridge when it was only the seal needed to be replaced on the refrigerator side of unit. Thanks Rays for your professionalism and making this repair prior to Thanksgiving.

I clearly explained the situation and also requested to dispute the amount I paid for the service, as the issue remained unresolved at that time. I appreciate your willingness to make things right, but since I had already called and discussed this earlier, I wanted to share my honest experience through the review as well.

Called Appliance Allstars at 12 on a Friday to see if they service my area, and to price diagnostic testing on a Samsung gas oven stove. Tech arrived a little after 3 and explained what was wrong. Fixed issue in 2 hours. Tech (Kevin) was knowledgeable and respectful. Will definitely reach out to company again if needed.
