Matt was awesome as usual. This was my second time using his expertise on my Samsung refrigerator, the first being around six years ago. He doesn’t disappoint. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Highly recommend working with Matt! He was professional, friendly, and kept me updated every step of the way. His communication was excellent, and he quickly identified and fixed the issue with our almost-new fridge. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and genuinely cares about providing great service, but Matt absolutely delivered. We’re so grateful for his expertise and would definitely call him again for any future appliance repairs!
Matt did an excellent job installing our dishwasher! He was able to get us scheduled for an appointment and installed in a very timely manner. He left everything exactly how he found it and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Matt if you want a top notch job done!
Matt was great—friendly, professional, and came right away. I needed a new back panel for my dryer. The total cost was $385, but Matt actually tried to fix it the first time without ordering the part to save me money. Unfortunately, there was no way around replacing it. He also explained that my brand-new Whirlpool dryer from Walmart had been installed incorrectly. Matt was fair, honest, and came back quickly to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend him.
Excellent fast service. The Technician, Matt took care of the problem at a fair price. He stands behind his work. He's the man to call for your appliance service. Thank you, Matt for your fast, friendly service.
