EDIT: The part was not here the next day which is fine, but it was on back order, which is fine it was a filter and special screws. The filter came in, but not the screws and I said Id rather leave the filter there until the screws come in so I don't forget . Couple weeks later I dropped by to check (I had called in the mean time and no answer) and the worker said I had already picked them up and accused me of stealing. I spent $100 and I have no filter, no screws, and was accused of stealing. Original Post: Walked in, they didn’t have what I needed but I had the model number and I was out the door in fifteen minutes, and apparently it will be here tomorrow! Super easy in and out! Friendly. Parking is weird, but who cares overall it was a great experience

They were the only ones within 2.5 hours that had what I needed. My dealings with Michael were very pleasant. I’d do business with him any day of the week. He tested the stove to be sure everything worked and it did. I have no reservations about this purchase.

We have purchased from Bell’s several times in the past. Our last purchase though, the dryer stopped getting hot. We took it back for repairs underneath the 30day warranty. It worked for probably a week and a half and then it stopped getting hot again. By this time it was past the 30 days warranty window. Needless to say, it’s probably best that you go ahead and purchase a new appliance and avoid this kind of headache in the long run.

I felt that I was probably going to be in good hands when the service person on the phone told me to flip the breaker for my dryer off and on, since sometimes the dryer just needs to be rebooted. I thought to myself that Bell’s was willing to lose a service call if the dryer was not actually needing repair. Once I called back and told another employee that rebooting did not fix it, he took down my name, address, and phone number, and probably within an hour the technician was here. He was very personable and professional, and got the dryer repaired after he went back to the shop and came back with the replacement part. He cleaned up after himself, and then presented us with a bill which I feel was very reasonable. I could not be more satisfied!

If anyone has any appliance repairs that need done, I strongly reccomend Bell’s! I called yesterday and Matt called and set up an appointment first thing this morning, came and had my dryer fixed within 45 minutes. He was honest and showed me the part that was broken and even described what the issue happened due to. The price was fair and honest. The service fee is completely reasonable! Overall a great experience!
