Nice job; timely turn around delivery of finished product; was good being able to see/hear family from old recordings - family that has since passed. Love the "cherished memories." Note, be prepared to meet Derek outside to transact business. Can include multiple recordings on thumb drive; one price for thumb drive for returning customer. Professional job!
I love having the ability to hear my parents' voices from over 30 years ago through the conversion of audio cassettes to a thumb drive. Derek was easy to work with, as clear drop-off and pick-up times were established with an update in progress. Would love to work with him again!
Derek’s Memory Savers is top notch! They were extremely professional, efficient and fairly priced. I’m truly glad I trusted them with my cherished memories.
I was so pleased with Derek's service. The turnaround time was quick I would recommend him to anyone looking to turn their old memory tapes into modern digital copies.
Excellent work! Very professional and quick. Very good communicator. Derek transferred some old miniDV footage from my wedding that had been sitting in a box for fifteen years. He put it on a USB and my daughter and I edited some of it and gave it to my wife on Valentine's Day. Great gift. Great chance to share those memories with our daughter. Derek made that possible. Highly recommend.
Found 3 video tapes that have been in storage for 2 decades and really wanted to surprise my parents this Christmas with a conversion. Derek helped bring these tapes to life once again and I cannot be happier. Thank you Derek for you what you do because media preservation is extremely important. If you need old tapes converted, please go to Derek!! Highly recommend.
Service was super easy and fast. Product was delivered as promised. I will definitely use them again. Thanks again, Derek!
