Awesome service they also were kind enough to leave dryer open for me to do it myself after I was educated on what the issue was
Wonderful business! We called them out for a leaking washer and they were able to diagnose the issue promptly. They also have us options for how to proceed forward which we greatly appreciated. They'll be recommended to friends and family in the future.
From the beginning when i placed the call spoke with Julia, great customer service. Carlos came the next day, very wonderful to speak with and he explained the issue with the washer. A part needed to be ordered, we were told to expect a call by Thursday of the following week. Instead i get the call earlier than expected, which was Monday & washer fixed on Tuesday. My surprise to know that there are still great people running a business who care & value their customers. Carlos & Julia definitely are those people. I highly recommend Canyon Appliance Repair they get the job done right, very professional & pleasant to speak with.

Communication was clear, Carlos , the serviceman/owner was knowledgeable regarding my problem and made clear my options. I liked receiving a call 30 minutes before arriving during the window of time scheduled. Would recommend this company.
