I have bought both a GE Profile Smart Oven and now a GE Profile Smart Washer and Dryer! My experiences have been amazing! Most recently worked with David on the washer and dryer! Great service and really won me over! Carlos and Chase also did an incredible job with the delivery and setup as well! Very pleased! Highly recommend Christie’s for your appliance needs! You won’t get that service at Home Depot or Lowe’s!
We've bought a number of appliances from them over the years and have always been very happy with the service both from sales and from the repair department. Jesse came today for an issue with our refrigerator and immediately identified the problem, and even swept behind the refrigerator before putting it back. The only issue today was that he was wearing something with a very strong fragrance, and even though I'm quite sensitive these days it was strong enough that even my husband would have had a problem with it. Jesse and I talked about it and he said someone else had mentioned this to him before, so given that more people are sensitive and this isn't necessarily something we think of before service people come to the house, I hope this is addressed.
David, our sales rep was so helpful! He listened to our needs and wants then suggested which gas ranges would meet our requirements. We appreciated the time he spent with us and helped us select the best range for us. We scheduled the delivery 4 days from purchase, nice! We were kept in the loop with delivery status and could see when the delivery driver, Yuri would arrive. Yuri was professional and set up our new range making sure everything works and that we were happy with the unit. We would highly recommend Christie’s appliance and appreciate their professionalism! We will be purchasing our appliances from them going forward! Keep up the great customer service! Thank you!
Home depot couldn't deliver due to back order. I had no washer and went to christies for help. The associates that assisted me were Will and David. They were both very friendly and helpful. I was not pressured or overwhelmed with my purchase just great prices and awesome service. The delivery team was awesome and set everything up and operated the washer. I strongly recommend shopping local and getting white glove treatment from Christie's. Thank you Christie's!!!!!
It is with great displeasure I must inform everyone that the GE appliances sold here are of subpar quality and the after sales service is just as terrible. After a few years of owning the GE café appliance line (their luxury line) I've had a whole host of issues since day one. What's worst of all is when the technicians come to fix the issues they break the appliances more and cause another problem. To start the microwave was broken from day one. The carousel never spun correctly and the start button was broken causing it to not start without pressing incredibly hard. The technicians came out three times and finally fixed it but condescendingly remarked to me "Just take it easy on it next time so you don't break it again." I then had to inform him that the microwave CAME that way. I just hadn't had time to call over and wasn't sure if it was a safety feature or a defect. The carousel is still broken. The dishwasher broke multiple times as well within the few years I've had it. I guess it needed a sensor or something in the door but when he replaced it an issue arose with the dishwasher door binding when you open and closed it because the tech didn't put it back together right. Now the dishwasher door just falls open because the door mechanism totally broke. I've also had an issues with the refrigerator coffee machine twice. Twice technicians fixed it but the second time they fixed it they broke the crushed ice function. Ever since that repair now my crushed ice doesn't work and they want to charge me to fix it. The tech who put the fridge back together clearly botched the job and there is a gap between the seams where the plastic goes together. To top it all off the guy who sold us the appliances was a miserable fellow named Bud. I had a bad feeling from the start with these guys and now I use it as another "I told you so" to my partner. I told him to get new LG appliances because we had great luck for over 10 years and no problems but he didn't listen. Said he wanted to buy an "American brand". Only two people live in this house and we're both older men. These appliances were not subject to heavy usage. The only good news I can report is the washer and dryer have been issue free as well as the stove. However the stove/oven was hardly used. On a side note the Simmons Beauty Rest bed we purchased here also is fine but that's not related to GE and a bed is a rather simple product. My advice to the consumer in fin would be that the GE appliances may "appear" to be high end; however the durability is not what you'd expect for the price. The people who are trained to fix these appliances from Christie's are simply not trained properly on how to service them OR the appliances are just so poorly designed they can't be fixed properly. It's probably a combination of both.
Wow, I’ve only had my cooktop for 13 months and it already broke! 1 month out of warranty and both @GEAppliancesCo and Christie’s appliances told me too bad ♂️ don’t use either company, both garbage. And to reply "we have to honor the manufacturer warranty " is garbage. YOU sold me the product, you can do right by your customers when clearly the manufacturer has a faulty product! Customer service fail once again
Purchased an LG Stove 6 weeks ago and stove has major issues. Multiple elements turn on when one switch is turned on. Service person came out and parts on back order. No ETA. Dangerous conditions fire hazard. Affects both sides of stove. Requested new stove or refund. Given the runaround. Will never spend another dime at Christie’s. Worst customer service ever. Hung up on my wife without offering a solution. Would never recommend Christie’s after this experience.
