Impressed! We requested estimates from several plumbing companies in town to replace our water pressure regulator and rebuild the main pipe. Our pipes had a knocking sound when the drip system turned on. We chose Plumber of Tucson because they were professional, provided high quality parts and materials at a reasonable cost, and have excellent reviews. We were impressed with the level of knowledge, workmanship standards, and excellent customer service from Josh and his assistant! Josh diagnosed the pipes issues and gave us details of the rebuild. We were also given same day work discount. The work was completed promptly, efficiently, and effectively. Very happy with the excellent results and highly recommend!

Our first time using plumber of Tucson, and we were very pleased with the outcome of the repair on our soft water system. Chris and Justin did a great job, they were very professional and very knowledgeable of their craft. They also helped us out with a water expansion tank, that wasn’t planned, but they did a great job. Thank you guys and thank everybody from plumber at Tucson you rated number one in my book.

Had these guys install a new water softening system. Not only did they have a great water softener in stock, if not the best, they were able to come out the same day, as luck had it. A great price on top of it all. The job itself was most outstanding. The softener comes with a 10 years parts & labor warranty included!

Plumber of Tucson is the best. Everyone we’ve worked with or spoken to has been very kind and helpful. Dylan and Gavin have both came out to work on our water heater that was installed by a different plumber who shall not be named here. They were quick to spot the issues and explain everything they were doing and why. Will definitely choose Plumber of Tucson when the old heater inevitably stops working for good. Price was fair and service was outstanding.

Had them install a new hot water heater and water filtration system. Wasn’t even made aware that a new pipe would be installed outside my house and it’s a total eyesore. I feel like if a contractor is going to change the appearance of the exterior of the home they should walk through such things in the bidding process. Worse still, the craftsmanship looks like it was done by someone on their first day of high school shop class. Even have a hole they drilled and didn’t use as you can seen in the pictures. Also, the water filter system was installed about 50 feet from the nearest outlet, so the just ran an extension cord lying in the dirt which seems like a very unsafe way to install given once rains come there is a live connection in the dirt. Not sure why they didn’t find a more permanent solution. When I asked they said we don’t do that, get an electrician. Which is totally appropriate but they should have explained this when bidding so I could understand the actual install would include additional costs. Google reviews were outstanding for this company, maybe I’m just unlucky. But I’ve got $$$ in repairs to cleanup the mess.
