Vitaliy Velikiy was our technician. He was very professional and pleasant and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was really glad he followed up with the property owner to let them know that there was an issue with our water that is affecting how the machine functions. If he weren't so insightful we would just keep breaking machines without knowing any better. Way to go the extra mile to provide first rate service!!

A Technician Vitaliy Velikiy come out to my house to fix my ice maker. I've had this issue happen to me before and the previous company sent out a technician who did not fix the problem. Vitaliy was able to fix my ice maker in approximately 35 minutes! Not only did he fix it fast but his customer service was beyond good!! He gave me a special substance to use on all my samsung appliances so that all my appliances are clean for having me waist 35ish minutes while he fixed the ice maker! He explained to me clearly why this problem occured and told me how he fixed the issue! I definitely recommend this technician to everyone!! Thank you for your awesome service.

Vitaliy velikiy came to repair our leaking washer. He arrived early, was friendly and polite, and was easily able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately they had sent the wrong parts so he had to order them and will have to come back. He did put a rush on the parts so hopefully the return visit will be soon and we can do laundry again!

Vitality Velikiy performed an outstanding job. Our Samsung ice maker needed to be replaced due to a broken park. Vitality was very knowledgeable and new the part. He has excellent customer service, is very helpful and friendly. I will definitely call HNG again.

Re: Warranty Repair Service for Samsung Dishwasher by Vitaliy Velikiy. Vitaliy did an excellent job today in the service he provided. He asked about the problem, did some testing, and proceeded with the dishwasher repair. He informed us that the repair issue was a consequence of the dishwasher not being properly installed. Apparently, it is an installation problem unique to Samsung dishwashers. To prevent the issue from happening again, I contacted the store where we purchased the dishwasher and requested a reinstall to correct the problem. Vitaliy drew a diagram that indicated the correct installation for the dishwasher; offered a tip on how to make sure the water is drained from the dishwasher if a cycle is interrupted; and answered all of my questions. Vitaliy was professional and kind--HNG should take great pride in how he represents the company. We understand that the work/parts replaced today have a 90 day warranty. At this point in time, we do not plan to use the dishwasher until it is reinstalled correctly as per the arrangements I am making with the initial installers. After the reinstall, we will immediately test the dishwasher. While we expect it to work based on the testing, Vitaliy made sure we knew to contact HNG Appliances in the event it does not. Thank you.

A little while back I had a technician by the name Vitaliy velikiy come out and do my ice maker. I purposely decided to wait a little while to see if his repair left a positive result and to this day my ice maker works great! Definitely recommend this technician!

HNG came out to my house yesterday and did a repair on my out of warranty Samsung dryer. I was very impressed with Phillips' knowledge on the appliance and the time it took to repair it. When I initially called HNG to schedule the appointment, Sarah provided great customer service and was able to set up a convenient time for the appointment. I Recommend this company to anyone.
