Ease of scheduling online. Lots of text messages communicating reminders about our appointment window of 8-12. Day of few updates and then after 12:15pm none. Repairman arrived at 3:15 unaware that he had been scheduled for morning. AI service for no show only offers cancel days appointment or reschedule. No personal contact. No way to leave a complaint. Do a better job with communication. Service and communication by repair person excellent. A truly caring individual.

Neel was very helpful in diagnosing the issues with our microwave. Unfortunately, the parts to repair the appliance were too expensive for us to move forward with, but I really appreciated that Neel took the time to explain the testing he was doing, the parts that would be needed if we wanted to pursue the repair, and the total cost. He was very professional and thorough (he also complimented my dog's manners, which I will always appreciate lol).

Service by the technician was terrific. He was pleasant, professional, patient and answered all questions. He explained what he was doing. I would give him 5 stars. Your phone system, on the other hand sucks! It is not really a phone system, it's AI generated & can't deal with real world questions and situations. I spent several hours trying to access a human being, with little luck. When I did get one, & was shuttled from department to department. No one could find the 2 year Master Protection Plan I purchased 1.5 years ago. They had no Plans under my phone number. Don't know what they did with the phone number, but they sure has heck were able to copy down my credit card number & charge it! I would NEVER use Sears Home Services again. I paid $385 for nothing. Techs are great, tho.

Tech that came out Monday the 22nd was excellent!! Charles was his name, posted a positive review but didn't have his name then. He was thorough and patiently answered all our questions, taught us correct use of our appliances.!! Polite, pleasant young man. Found things that needed fixing quickly and ordered parts. We had a different tech on Thursday...name Brandon, had a lot of work to do, but steadily carried on...in a small space...very gracious and pleasant young man.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent diagnostic service for my refrigerator. The technician's conduct was highly unprofessional. After a mere five-minute inspection, he informed my wife that the compressor had failed and provided a verbal estimate of approximately $3,000 for the repair, recommending we purchase a new unit instead. This assessment proved to be completely inaccurate. The official service receipt emailed to me did not list a compressor as a required part, but rather other, lower-cost components. This discrepancy shows that the exorbitant $3,000 quote was not based on a genuine diagnosis and seems designed to discourage repair in favor of a new purchase. I find it unjust that I was charged a $156 diagnostic fee for this misleading and rushed service. The lack of phone support has only added to this frustrating experience.

Technician came out June 26 said parts that were ordered was not the correct part to fix issue even with supplied error code reordered part for 7/10 had someone waiting all day get a message at 323 pm stated service will be rescheduled for 7/17 not once ever getting a call could not get ahold of a person or call back from text message. Arrived home after being out of town for a week installed the part still having same issue along with same codes technician came out 7/17 would not even touch machine stated warranty has been voided even though I couldn’t get anyone to return a call. Even with no warranty I don’t under stand why I can’t have any one repair machine even though the part supposedly is bad did not fix issue what about warranty on other parts that is actually bad causing issue.

Zero stars!! Absolute fail! I received a scratched door and the replacement door came dented. So the Technician, ordered a new door and rescheduled the appointment. When he came back to install the new door, he not only left parts off, but left both doors in my garage and said they don’t pay me to take the doors with me. So when he left, I Noticed that When I opened the Refrigerator door, it never stopped. It slammed up against my cabinets. The technician had left some parts off At the top and at the bottom of the refrigerator door causing the door to open completely. not only that but the door does not line up so at the bottom, I can feel air coming out. It makes absolutely no sense. This was an absolute fail. I’ve tried to contact them, but I was given no card no information from the technician and nobody has responded to my text messages and they never gave me any information because this was done through The home builder. This was only one month a brand new home. I’m so over this and buying a fridge from Costco!
