Hands down Marcelo and Joquin are the best appliance repair techs in the area. Plus no one is the area is willing work on commercial grade home refrigerators. Joquin diagnosed an overicing issue with our oversized GE Monogram reefer and knew exactly what to do. Repair wasn't cheap but saved us from buying a new $10K unit. Then Marcelo came out and diagnosed a dryer problem and saved us another $800 by not having to buy a new dryer. Best appliance service in the area, with great customer service.

Marcello, his wife, and his team have serviced my appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) for more than 5 years. They are as honest as they come! Today, on a holiday weekend, he took my call, listened to my two problems, and instead of scheduling a service call $$$, he gave me advice right over the phone. The first issue has to do w/ my downdraft cooktop. He suggested how I might be able to fix it on my own. The second issue has to do w/ my washing machine which lately sounds like a jet engine. (He suggested it would be smarter to replace it than fix it). He didn’t make a dime, but he earned my respect once again. I wanted to leave this review to help people who might be on the fence about who to trust for their appliance repairs.

Marcelo at The Repair Guy has serviced our appliances for several years. He is very knowledgeable and has made repairs on our appliances that factory service crew failed to handle properly. He is dedicated to his customers and is not satisfied until the repairs were to our satisfaction. Additionally, he is very reasonably priced. He conducts himself in a professional yet friendly and personable manner. We highly recommend him.

My dryer wouldn't heat and they came out within a day to diagnose and fix the problem. They were very nice, explained everything they did and it was affordable. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend Marcelo for any appliance repair. He was easy to communicate with and extremely knowledgeable about my refrigerator. He fixed my refrigerator and continued to follow up with me to make sure that everything was working properly. Marcelo really cares about his customers!

Marcelo has been may go to repair guy for many, many years. Every time I need him, of course is an emergency! He is incredibly responsive and communicates when he will be over (this is RARE). He is very fair and honest with his pricing. I’ve never had an issue with him not figuring out what the problem is with my appliances. I have also referred him to many of my friends and family. They have also been thrilled with him. Thank you for responding to me on Thanksgiving when my oven broke, repairing my fridge when I was panicking over a leak on my hardwood floor, repairing my dishwasher when it wasn’t drying, and repairing my clothing washer. All of my appliances started to die off within weeks of each other. He is like family now! ❤️

I live in a rented property where my refrigerator was all the sudden leaking some sort of chemical smell, and our food was no longer being kept cold. The smell was so bad and so potent that it has now leaked into all of our food and we have lost hundreds of dollars worth of food. The owner of the company came looked at the refrigerator and was here for maybe all of four minutes. He opened the refrigerator saw a bag of carrots that maybe had three or four carrots in it and had a little bit of overgrown roots, practically threw bag at us and said this is your problem after which I continue to try to dispute that we were smelling a chemical smell, not moldy food and he said I’m not arguing with you about it. I’ve been doing this for 30 years and then slammed our door on the way out. He also made a comment when I called to check that he was actually going to show up in the allotted time slot and stated don’t worry, I’m very good looking which made me very uncomfortable and at the time I was alone in my house and I am a female. This man was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and quite frankly a tyrant.
