I was easily able to get an appointment the same day as my call (Saturday). The repairmen came at the earliest time of arrival as promised. I love the texting; it keeps you informed with clear communication. The repair was done in less than 15 minutes. I did have to ask what the repair was and I was a little surprised at the price (a little higher than expected), and I never received a receipt (made me a little apprehensive since I paid cash. All in all, I’m pleased that I had the service done.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using this washer repair service. When I first called, the clerk told me that the service fee would be waived if I decided to go through with the repair, which sounded reasonable. I scheduled my appointment for between 2–4 PM, but the technician didn’t text until 4:13 PM saying they were "en route." By that time, I was no longer available, so I had to reschedule for the following day between 4–6 PM. The next day, I waited until after 6 PM and finally had to message the technician myself at 6:15 PM to ask if someone was still coming. They replied that they were on the way—again running late. When the technician finally arrived, they didn’t have any parts to actually fix the washer. Instead, they gave me a full invoice for the repair but couldn’t provide a set date for when they’d return with the parts to finish the job. When I called the office to explain how unacceptable this was, they acted like they couldn’t care less. They told me they "only come out to check the washer" and can’t promise any timeframe for repairs or parts. So basically, they charge you just to tell you what’s wrong and then leave you hanging. This company is a complete scam in my opinion, unorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest about their process. I wasted my time and money dealing with them. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually values its customers and keeps their word.

Campbell Appliance Heating and Air went above and beyond to fix the problem! They accommodated my schedule and came out to look at my washer the very same day I called — outstanding customer service. They quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend!

My needs came on a very busy day for those in the heating business, the first freezing cold front when All of the accumulated problems from the previous year manifest. Despite having a large workload on this day, the pair of servicemen were pleasant, thorough and efficient, they identified the problems, kept me informed and created plans for resolution as fast as possible. I was Impressed.

If you value fair pricing and accurate work, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. I called Campbell Appliance to check out my commercial dishwasher, which wasn’t dispensing soap properly. Their technician came out, looked at it briefly, never called to discuss and then emailed me $1,200 estimate which actually looked like a bill/invoice to replace the soap pump. Luckily, before agreeing, I decided to look at it myself — and fixed the issue in 15 minutes by simply turning an soap adjustment screw. No parts, no replacement, nothing complicated. Now, they’re charging me $168 for the "estimate" even though their diagnosis was completely wrong and outrageously overpriced. I understand paying for honest service, but charging hundreds for a completely unnecessary $1,200 "repair" sounds like a scam. If you value fair pricing and accurate work, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Replaced OLD dryer vent with my own parts which I purchased. Tech said it was no problem replace the dryer vent with my own parts. However Tech did NOT explain using my own parts VOID the work warranty. Now I have NO warranty. Tech should have explained this important detail
