Extremely disappointed with the service I received. A technician came out in January to repair my refrigerator, and four months later, it's still unresolved. I had to constantly follow up just to get updates—only to find out the original part was unavailable, causing more delays and increased costs. Calls and voicemails in March and April were not responded to, and communication was consistently poor. The owner was unprofessional, passive-aggressive, and never once offered an apology or a solution to the issue. When I requested a full refund—previously promised by office staff—it was refused. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, or basic customer service.

The technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the repair that needed to be done on my Whirlpool dryer. An added bonus was he had the necessary part with him, so my dryer was ready to go when he left.

We had a wonderful experience. The technician Joe was super knowledgeable and definitely knew what he was doing. He figured out quickly and fixed my dishwasher. He gave me valuable tips as well. I will definitely use JMR again in the future.

Joe is always punctual & professional! I trust him so much I would let him babysit my kids. Definitely cannot recommend him enough. I wish the making of the appointment was easier, it seems like no one ever answers the phone and I have to leave a message and wait for a call back but it’s worth it knowing I can trust them and they’re not trying to screw you over.

Multiple repairs on multiple appliances in our home over the past several years. Far superior to previous technicians we've had to our home. Clear explanations of the process as they came to our home to diagnose the problem, explained the problem found, and the timeframe for replacement parts to arrive/effect the repair. On this most recent washing machine repair, their technician Ben did an excellent job. He treated my wife respectfully, did a professional repair, cleaned up after himself and priced the job reasonably. We will continue using JMR for appliance repairs.
