I called Tuesday and requested service. Was told to send over tenant information and that he would reach out and schedule to swing by. After the run around every day for 3 days, he finally said he couldn't work with a company (Apartment Complex) because we couldn't pay him immediately after the work was performed. We pay all vendors on 10th and 25th of the month. Two stars because he actually took my call after the third call and explained that.

Jonathan Rodriquez with Pepe’s did a great job diagnosing and fixing an issue with our washing machine. We were happy with his professionalism and his rates. We highly recommend Jonathan and will definitely use his services again.

Sorry to be posting this so late. A few months ago, I called about my dryer. The button was no longer connecting to turn it on. Jonathan came by and looked at it. Told me an easy way to by bass, being able to use it, but that the motor was going out. As soon as I had enough money to get one from him, I did. I didn't want to wait until I could no longer use the one I had. Jonathan brought me one of their used dryers. I'm not picky. Just want my clothes dried. The one he brought was sufficient. But at some point within the day, it started making a loud noise. I tried to get past it bc it was cheap and used. But then it got louder and faster. I recorded the noise and sent it in a text. I totally understand that people have lives. And waited for a response. I did end up calling him a few days later, I wasn't in a rush. And he did get back with me and brought out another dryer. He said he even checked it before he brought it to me with a load. It has been working perfectly ever since. I appreciate Jonathan and his brother and will definitely send people their way and continue to use them should I need to. Thanks, Jonathan! You definitely deserve your 5 stars for customer service.

Called and asked if they provided services for a dishwasher. First two time they picked up was a doozy since they seemed to be in a bad service area. Called back once he got to a good service and provided free advice over the phone.

Johnathan did an amazing job- he was an excellent communicator and completed the job quickly and efficiently! Will use him in the future and would absolutely recommend!

I have used Pepe's Toys for years and never been disappointed till recently. I called him and he said text me your address. I also informed him I get off after 5pm he said he would be there at 5:30 pm to the diagnostic test. He called me while I was still at work at 2:30 saying he was at my house. I reminded him he wasn't supposed to be there till 5:30 and he said "he had forgotten but then remembered ". I called as soon as I got off and text he wouldn't answer the phone or reply to my text.

Very responsive. Reasonably priced. Works with home warranty easily.
