Christopher’s Heating and Cooling

Christopher’s is the absolute best in heating and cooling in the front range, hands down. Fast, honest, excellent work combined with fair and trustworthy service in a time where customer service and relationships are often overlooked. I have had awful experiences with professional and home services too many times to count and Christopher’s heating and cooling has set the standard of excellence in this space. The AC or heat seems to go out at the worst moments and they have several times now stepped in and fixed it right when we needed real help. They have helped me both in personal and commercial applications and have earned a lifetime customer.

He explained everything thoroughly and did an excellent job repairing the dryer vent. I would recommend using them to anyone and we will definitely be using them for any future needs. Christopher’s is the best in the business and has exceptional customer service. Today they serviced our furnace and cleaned and serviced our AC unit. Not too long after leaving our AC compressor failed, a total coincidence and not their fault. They were back at my house immediately and took great care of us, they had us up and running in no time. The team at Christopher’s has been very professional, polite and competent. From the initial call to set up a service appointment the communication was On spot. The technicians know exactly where to start looking, getting to the problem very efficiently. They kindly pointed out a couple of potential issues with no pressure and just wanted me to know that there’s a heads up situation. They got my air conditioner running, and I’m extremely satisfied. There was no attempt to up charge me. They seemed truly happy to see that I was a satisfied customer.

Jason was right on time as scheduled. He was very friendly and considerate of our home throughout the entire visit. He was able to get our heater running again and provided education on the problem and what he did to fix it. Hands down calling these guys again next time.

We got an appointment same day we requested service and received exceptional service. Tiernan showed up on time, was very polite and went straight to work. He quickly tested some things and found the problem and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions.This was an amazing experience for our first AC issue. Spent a month getting estimates from several different companies, researching costs and manufacturers, and sorting through all the local options for a full furnace and A/C replacement for our home. Ended up on Christopher’s in the end, which wasn’t surprising.
