Highly recommend Windsor Duct Cleaning!! We have been battling birds and nests in our air vents and had an icky odor coming in through a second story bathroom fan. Windsor Duct Cleaning came out quickly and replaced the vent and removed a nasty buildup-immediately solving the odor problem. They're returning in a few days to replace all of the turtle vents. I cannot recommend Donovan from Windsor Duct Cleaning enough. I manage a high volume waxing salon where we are washing sheets for services around the clock and after getting a new dryer, we were having issues and come to find out it was a duct issue. We just bought our house and I have asthma so we wanted to ensure that the ducts were clean. Becky was so helpful to quickly schedule us and explain the options for cleaning. She is so prompt with responses - very appreciated . Aaron and Daniel came by and did an outstanding job - they were so professional and courteous (shoe covers <3) . I am very particular about feeling comfortable with people in my home, and I was absolutely comfortable with this team. I was working out in the yard while they were doing their thing in the house. They gave us a run down on what they found in the vacuum (we had the negative system cleaning), too. I wondered if there would be any lingering dust from the procedure, but there isn’t. Amazingly clean process in their hands. I just can’t recommend them enough.

Great professional service. Aaron and Daniel both were super professional and friendly. They walked me through the process told me what was going to happen about how long it would take and they were right on the money. It was very interesting to watch them go through the house, bent by vent. In addition, they were really good about checking the dryer vent for me twice because I was concerned that I might have to block it from a previous appliance person, but doesn’t look like there was that they were nice enough to show me that there was plenty of airflow going through there and everything looked really good so for that great job certainly will be using you/recommending you.
