ATI Restoration

ATI was amazing from the start. As soon as I made the claim on my homeowners' insurance, ATI called me to let me know they would be at my house within 2 hours and they were. I also got phone calls from the project manager who handled the clean-up and damage estimate and the crew as they were on their way to us. The cleanup crew was great! They were professional, courteous and fast. I really can't praise them enough. When reconstruction was able to begin ATI's project manager, Jim, handled everything and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. Jim the PM and the owner of the construction company met with me, and we discussed colors, finishes, timeline etc. The construction crew was awesome though not a part of ATI but handpicked by ATI. ATI's PM, Jim, came by the house at least 3 times a week to make sure everything was going well on schedule and that I was happy and satisfied with the job. Rudy, Jim, everything was fabulous, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Forever Grateful to Roth Construction Our construction team was led by Jim, the estimator, and then by Ziff and John as Project Managers. I was told that it would take about six months to pack everything, demo and rebuild / repair. It took just under 5 months. The main crew working on our house was Dave, Mike and Mark. These guys were absolutely awesome! You can tell that they are all craftsmen at heart and how much they loved what they do for a living. Our house came out beautiful and I could not be happier. John was a great Project Manager and made sure that every detail was taken care of. Having a house fire was traumatic, but we were blessed that it was not any worse than what it was. I also realize how fortunate my family was that we had Roth Companies working through this with us. I had excellent communication from Roth the entire length of the project. I hate the thought of anyone else going through this, but if they do, I would not hesitate to recommend Roth Construction to them.

Roth Construction was great to work with after the fire to my home. All divisions that I worked with from their clean up crew, Farrow Cleaners, movers, and construction crews were extremely professional, responsive, and courteous at all times. The construction crew did an amazing job on my home, and it was better than new when I was finally able to move back home. I strongly recommend Roth Construction to anyone who is in need of their services!

Our home was recently damaged due to excessive high winds and extreme storms. The entire staff from start to finish were thorough, paid close attention to the details of the project and were extraordinary in fulfilling the commitment of the contact. The exterior and interior teams embraced our home with a compassionate sensitivity to the importance of the completion of our project.

Roth did an excellent job doing the repairs on our house after we had a large tree branch damage part of our roof and siding. They worked with us every step of the way, had excellent communication, were very friendly, and the quality of the work they did was outstanding. We are so happy that they were recommended to us by our insurance (Nationwide) and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs repairs done on their house.

I cannot say enough good things about Roth. They constantly kept me informed about all the construction. It was a process, however, I was pleased how they handled everything. My project manager, Arnold, was great at communicating and problem solving. In a few instances, he had to tweak a few things to make me happy. He made every effort to change things to my liking. Arnold and his team were pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up after a days work. I never felt overwhelmed by having construction workers in and out of my home. My advice to clients: if you are not pleased with something, say something. My concerns were heard and taken care of quickly I consider myself a person that pays attention to detail. Arnold and his crew were careful with all my belongings that needed to be moved back in place. Roth made the construction process less stressful than I expected.

My mothers house was severely damaged in a fire in June 2020 and Roth was contracted to do fire restoration and rebuild. The house remains unfinished today. It was clear Roth was not going to be able to finish the house for the contract price early in the process. My mother terminated the contract and issued a stop work 17 months after the fire. She was left with an unlivable, partially built home. We have had multiple construction experts/general contractors review the work to date and the feedback is that the quality is poor. Roth substituted lower quality materials and finishes. Unfortunately, she died in August 2022. The stress of working with Roth and the insurance company surely contributed to her death. My opinion is that ROTH is a company with OK experience in restoration but very limited on general contracting. They bundle the GC work in with restoration. They know how to work the insurance system to their benefit. Insurance approves a certain "cost" for an activity/item and they charge this cost. They make money on the difference. They take advantage of stressful situations. There are much better options than Roth but its hard for people to make educated, thoughtful decisions during time sensitive, stressful situations.
