The final result is fantastic — my new roof looks great and was completed on time with top-quality materials and workmanship. We chose Banner roofing because we wanted a company that not only did superior work and used superior materials, but also was a company of high integrity. They were a company that we knew we could trust to do the job right the first time and didn’t need to be supervised by us. Mark Stayton’s team consisting of him, Blaine Dallas and Zach Hall met with and worked with the insurance inspector when we were unable to do so, pointing out exactly where our damage was and making sure that all damage was covered. I would recommend them to everyone.

We cannot recommend Banner Roofing enough! We have been working with Zach and Blaine to get our roof replaced. From the very first call, we knew that Banner Roofing was different than the other roofing companies we have dealt with in the past. Zach was so thorough and courteous, and I felt certain that it was going to be a great working relationship from that first phone call. Blaine came out to the house and he was such a breath of fresh air. In an industry that can be overrun with rude, discourteous, or unethical people, Blaine stands out as the antithesis of those things. He is so polite, easy-going and it’s abundantly clear that he cares about helping people. Blaine even answered a late night, weekend call when we had catastrophic hail damage and helped us patch it the next day. Blaine and Zach have both been amazing as we navigated unexpected hail damage while in the process of replacing our roof and they have kept pricing extremely fair, even providing a generous discount for my husband‘s law-enforcement service. We truly feel that we have advocates who will help us with navigating insurance claims and a roof replacement, and not that we are left to figure it out ourselves. We have recommended Blaine to everyone who is in need of roof work, and will continue to do so. We are excited to have them as partners as we go through the roof replacement process. We just can’t say enough about them and hope that anyone looking for a positive roofing experience looks no further and chooses Banner Roofing. Blaine took me thru the whole process after my roof sustained storm and hail damage. He was so thorough and patient, answered all of my questions. He is so professional yet extremely personable and was never pushy. Blaine is an extremely polite and knowledgeable young man. The crew that put new roof on were so professional and took extra care not to harm the house in any way and when they were finished left yard completely free of debris. And the new roof looks great!! Will definitely refer them and use again if needed.

Banner Roofing just finished my roof replacement and they were awesome!! Mark Stayton was on the job sight 80% of the time. Mark has an attention to detail and is a great listener. I’ve know Mark 30+ years and his integrity is very solid! Besides doing an awesome job on the roof, the cleanup was just as impressive. I’d give 6 stars if I could. I contacted Banner Roofing after discovering a leak. Mark responded quickly, he and Blaine did a thorough inspection, clearly explained what needed attention, and kept me updated every step of the way. They took care of the leak and addressed all the smaller problems without any hassle. I highly recommend Banner Roofing.

Many thanks to Blaine for really helping me on this project. Had several things such as doctor appointments and trips to emergency room for me and my wife come up and Blaine was so helpful in scheduling around all that. Blaine was also very helpful in attempting to get my insurance to replace the complete roof so that maybe it would cost me less. I really liked working with Blaine, he even answered a text while in Mexico. Blaine is why I give 5 stars, because he is really the only person I had to deal with.
