Sam was the best! We had a burst pipe. He came quickly. Diagnosed the issue. Completed the repair- quickly and efficiently. Great attitude. Very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely request him in the future.

I highly recommend Bassett, particularly Jaquias, for electrical issues. I had an urgent issue that needed to be addressed and he came to my home the same day I called!! He immediately identified the issue and promptly fixed it. His professionalism and efficiency was much appreciated. I will definitely use Basset in the future.

Israel did a great job installing the water heater I purchased from a local hardware store in Kokomo In. He arrived on time and had the old unit removed and new unit installed within 1 hour. He also cleaned the area well before leaving and explained the operation and maintained. Highly recommended!

Today William Synder from Basset Services performed testing and preventative measures on our plumbing system. This included the hot water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. William was very thorough in everything he did including the flushing of the hot water heater. I highly recommend this service from Basset as it can lead to early detection of a problem before it becomes a huge and expensive issue. Kudos to William for being a great technician and ambassador for Basset Services.
