Great support and customer service. We were kept updated during every step of the process. All workers arrived on time and were kind. They did phenomenal work. This was a very stressful time for us that was made better by all the staff at Belfor. We love the end product. Outstanding work and outstanding customer service.

Avoid this company. Came in for an insurance claim, which took them over 8 months to complete. They bring in workers who don't care what gets damaged, and just leave it. Didn't even fix anything they were supposed to because of their budget....straight bs. Wish I would've gone with my own people, very unprofessional, didn't care about damages they caused fixing the damages needed done. Broke chandeliers, cabinets, left walls with marks that should've been painted, walls with peeling paint, baseboards complete garbage with new paint. Didn't even want to match the wall paint to doors, baseboards, etc. Just leave it, it'll be fine... Only care about their money, forget fixing anything. Thanks for leaving me headaches.

Kerry and Stacey did an outstanding job restoring our basement after it was flooded. Their expertise in installing new wallboard, flooring and moldings was excellent. They cleaned up all the areas and moved the furniture back in place. They were both very friendly and it was a pleasure to have them in our home.

Sara and her crew were amazing arriving within two hours of my request. 6 folks worked tirelessly for 7 straight hours removing all of the carpet, LVP, baseboard and drywall as needed. The rebuild was also handled by Belfor with true craftsman that were able to match the existing quality materials and return our home to its original pristine condition. Jim was very helpful with leading our insurance adjuster through the intricacies of the work involved and was there for us leading his folks from my initial frantic call to the ultimate completion of all of the work. Their speed and quality were unmatched and exceeded my unusually high expectations. Belfor are good people. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. There is no one else I would call if I ever need damage cleanup in the future.

When a contractor punctured a water line during a shower installation, the leak caused ceiling stains and damage in the room below. After their "service" people ended up making the situation worse we called in Balfor. The team they sent out, Carey and Stacy, were fantastic. In two days they re-did the botched ceiling repair, matched the pattern on the ceiling (which the contractor's service man had said was almost impossible), got rid of the stains and painted the ceiling and the whole room. They were prompt, professional, careful of property, and just excellent in all respects. If I ever have need of restoration services again, these are definitely the people I will call. I highly recommend them.

Belfor Property Restoration is a life saver. My basement flooded right after a tree fell on my house. Then Belfor came to my rescue like the Lone Ranger. Under Matt Sneed’s direction the Belfor team cleaned up the basement damage, removed all the mold and left it looking better than before the flooding. And as they worked on my basement I got to know the cleanup crew. By the time they finished I considered them family.
