Yehor did an excellent job repairing our dryer late in the evening, showing both dedication and professionalism. Had we gone with anyone else this would have been a two day challenge, so we are so thankful he could fix it the same day! He was incredibly friendly and easy to work with, making the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. The dryer works perfectly now, and I highly recommend Yehor for any appliance repair needs!

We recently had an issue with our Samsung washing machine and Big Joe came through and helped us out. The customer service was very nice and we were able to get an appointment quickly. With holidays coming up it was nice to have fast and friendly service.

We had to have our dishwasher serviced. Had an issue with a previous company and was a little nervous to have someone else out. We called Big Joes and, they walked us through their process and assured us they would take care of us. They did not disappoint! They did everything they said they would, they didn’t charge us anymore than what we were quoted and the repair was done quickly! The quote was lower than others and the technician, Alex, that came out was nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Alex and whoever answered the phone!! We will definitely be using Big Joes again!

I am writing a review of Big Joe Appliance Repair Service to let everyone know what a remarkable repair job they did for me. My refrigerator freezer suffered a serious problem when the ice maker began leaking water. When I opened the freezer door, I could see that water had dripped through everything in the freezer and everything was just solidly frozen together. I had no idea what to do but I knew I needed professional help as soon as possible. I saw that Big Joe Appliance Repair Service was highly recommended so I called to see if I could get an appointment. From that point on I was treated so kindly and professionally by everyone in the company from the appointment coordinator to the actual repairman. Philip, the repairman, actually came to my house a few hours later (on a Saturday) and then diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution of replacing the ice maker as well as a way of cleaning out all of the ice in the frozen food. He said he would have to order the ice maker but could be back early Tuesday morning to repair everything. He had already disconnected the ice maker and turned the water off so the leak had stopped which at least halted the immediate problem. He was back at my house early Tuesday morning and repaired, cleaned, and tested everything involved and it actually worked. Throughout the whole diagnostic to repair phase he was so kind, took the time to explain everything, and really helped me understand everything that was going on. Big Joe's is very good at what they do and they created a trust with me that was very helpful. I honestly recommend Big Joe's and Philip to everyone who has an appliance problem that needs to be fixed quickly and immediately. They will be my first choice from now on and my best recommendation my friends and neighbors.

Called on Friday to set up an appointment for my dryer, woman on the phone was very nice and gathered all the information and set up a time for repair during my availability. Received a text 30min before technician arrived and they arrived right on time. Yehor was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to repair my dryer in 1 hour. He even vacuumed out the vents and made some minor repairs. Would highly recommend this service. Repair also comes with 90 day warranty.
