Bishop Exteriors came out to fix a repair after a storm and noticed hail damage. Chris fixed the storm damage immediately and showed me the hail damage and I filed a claim with my insurance company. Chris came out and met with the adjuster and took care of the assessment and helped get the information to file the claim with my insurance. His team came out and did a full roof replacement and cleaned up after the work was done. Bishop also worked with my insurance company to get the special gutters paid for also. I recommend Chris and his team to anyone needed roof evaluation and repair.
I had such a great experience with Bishop Exteriors! Chris, the owner, went out of his way to meet with me when I had questions and explained everything in a way that made sense. I worked directly with Aaron through the process, and he was amazing — always communicative, keeping me updated every step of the way, and walking me through what to expect. I had never filed a claim for a new roof before and honestly felt overwhelmed, but both Chris and Aaron were patient, reassuring, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
